"They came out promptly and seem to have implemented an effective solution for getting rats under control"

"Excellent customer service. Every appointment is on time and always briefs you at the end with a detailed description of what was found, and what actions were performed. Extremely knowledgeable on what type of pests are known in the area and how to control and prevent recurrence. Always keeps you informed of all actions performed. Would not hesitate to call them in the future. I highly recommend Brian for any pest problem."

"Did a greta job with inspecting the house."

"Great group of people! They bat proofed by shop and home. The office was fantastic to deal with. Answering my many questions. So glad we found them. We have had bats for years. Finally we are bat free."

"The two young men arrived on time, were friendly, polite, and obviously knew what to do and how to do it. And they explained all the steps they took and why. They also sealed up any cracks and all the vents on my house so no bat or bird can make a home here again, all in one visit. I would not hesitate to hire this company again!"

"We were impressed with Hi-Tech Termite Control from start to finish. We had 3 estimates for termite treatment for our home. All 3 reported the same thing - subterranean termites - yet Hi-Tech seemed to offer the best deal. Their price was the least expensive, yet they were the only ones who guaranteed their work for 3 years, to include 3 yearly inspections following the date of service. Of course, any evidence of termites during this period would be eradicated by them at no cost. Great peace of mind. They were timely and professional in all interactions. So far, we are quite impressed and would definitely use them again.

"Went well and received estimate for repairs. At the time I booked special, was not aware that my existing pest control also includes rodents. Sorry for confusion."

"This service is worth every penny even though pricey.  They did everything they said they would do and accommodated all my little requests.  They were professional, thorough and cleaned up after they were done.  The warranty is great too.  My attic smells great (for an attic yeah hard to believe) and I feel better knowing nothing will be getting in this winter since we heard scratching going on last winter.  They set traps as a precaution even though there is nothing active going on, so yes very thorough.  I would definitely recommend them for this service, as I could not believe this type of service was even out there.

"It went well no skunk was detected the odor only I would recommend John to anyone needing animal removal very pleasant person"

"Angel once again lives up to his name. Thank you Water Damage Recovery! About 6 weeks ago, Angel and his team cleaned up our crawlspace, and we were waiting to have them back to clean up what we assumed was a bit of a mess in the attic, from rodents. Angel came out today to give the estimate for this work -- I wrote that services were performed, because I can never say that service was not performed even in the free estimate. I'm so glad to see that he is consistent in his thorough inspection even just for an estimate, and in his honest evaluation of work needed. In this case, we were surprised that there is very little needing clean-up in the attic, so we don't need to hire a professional service. But without Angel's thorough report and analysis of the situation up there, we couldn't have known. I highly recommend Water Damage Recovery. It says a lot that they send their technicians out for these thorough free estimates. (After being at our house today for the estimate, Angel went and evaluated my parent's house crawlspace, and my father was equally delighted with Angel's thorough and knowledgeable service, and friendly, humble and professional manner.)
