They were always on time, no problem, very cordial and I never had spiders or rats ever since.

Terrific experience. The Hitmen kept appointments reliably and sent a super knowledgeable guy for the first round. He put out traps - including extremely effective bait that's like peanut butter but better - and checked them regularly, removing 15! rats over about six weeks. Other Hitmen staff closed up every potential opening. A year later, when three rats found their way in because roofers had unwittingly created an opening, the Hitmen came back, set traps again, closed the opening, and got the ones that had found their way in. Now we've had 0 rats in the last 12 months. Hooray!

The external plus internal approach they used was ultimately effective.

When they came they didn't even walk up in the attic, we have an opening that requires a ladder to enter, they went up put a few traps near the opening and then called it done. The space is high enough to walk around, they didn't even bother. Outside they placed two traps as well in our gated backyard. A few weeks later they came to seal up some space around pipes and such in the rear of the house and check the traps (no rodents). They require several trap checks as part of the contract. For all but the trap check that was done when they seal the openings, they call the morning they wanted to come and we were not able to be home. They came and charged us for the trap checks (which would have been impossible for them to check, with the yard gates locked (6 foot fences and the house locked). They left an invoice at the front door. They did this twice more, to get the "required" trap checks. $45 a pop for those checks. Finally, I told them to come for the last trap check, they came found no additional rodents and took the traps away. I paid my final bill and was happy to never use them again. Unfortunately, they appear to have forgotten to charge me for one of the trap checks that never actually happened and have continued to send me a bill after, I have repeated told them they never did the traps checks so I won't. Stay away from this company, one of the worst experiences I have every had with a firm doing work or providing a service in our home.

The technicians are excellent and professional. Our issues were fixed quickly. Unfortunately the information provided about fees and charges was confusing and we paid about 50% more than expected when we were quoted.

I'm quite happy with them. They seem together, they show up on time. There's just a slight problem, whether there is still a rat, all those things have been sealed up if there were rats in here before. So I may be seeing them again. I'm very happy with them and I would recommend them. I didn't really do a lot of price shopping. The price seemed kind of expensive for me, but I don't really have a basis for that. They basically charged me what they said they would charge me going ahead. There was an extra visit which they charge me and extra $50, which I didn't have a problem with. They were always on time. They were all very helpful and seemed to know what they are doing. I never used any other similar service, but I was very happy with them.

They were great. The price seemed good. They knew what they were doing. They came and they were very professional. They got it done right away. It was the first time I've used them.

I have used Hitmen Termite and Pest for the past year and couldn't be happier with their service. They come out to my 3 cabins once a month and set rat traps and sometimes set out rat poison, come back the next month and redo the process. I get an email a few days before they come out and an immediate phone call each month right after their visit letting me know what results they have had with their trapping system. I am approx. 400 ft. from the river with fruit trees around so rodents are definitely an issue. I would recommend Hitmen to anyone who is asking for a referral.

We had a issue with insect bites in our bed room and first we called a bed bug company.  They just did the spray without detecting the bed bug and charged us $1,500.  Then, the situation didn't improve.  We called a K-9 bed bug detection company and it turned out that we had no bed bugs.  They suspect it might be some kind of mites.  They recommended The Hitmen Termite & Pest Control and I gave it a shot.  My technician, Vince came over and treated the bed room and set up some traps and rodent traps outside since our backyard is facing an open field.Also, we had a lot of spider webs and insects outside even though we had a bi-monthly pest control service from other company.  So we switched to The Hitmen Termite & Pest Control for the bi-monthly pest control and Vince always spends good amount of time spraying eco friendly material thoroughly even arbors and fences, setting up rodent traps and removing all spider webs.We are very happy to have service from them and they really respect our unique family situation such as dogs and a baby.I highly recommend this business!!!
