System Pavers

System Pavers put in a new driveway, porch and pool deck for me plus redid all my exterior lighting back in 2015. They did a pretty good job, although one crew tried to hide some waste on my property, which I discovered and they eventually removed it. I've needed some minor repairs since then and it's been difficult to get them to take care of that, but now it seems they can't be bothered. I wrote them an email on March 5th about the repair. No one replied. On March 11th I called customer service and explained about the email and lack of reply and was assured that someone would get back to me within 3-5 business days. Six business days later, on March 20th, I called again and the customer service person transferred me to the "repair department" adding "you may need to leave a message." He was correct, and I did, explaining once again about the need for a repair, and what steps I had gone through already. On March 21st, I called customer service again and re-explained what had gone on over the last 2+ weeks. The agent said she could see my request in their system and would send an email to the repair department manager with a notation that it was "urgent" to contact me. She added "hopefully" they would call me back that day. I guess System Pavers' customer service is based upon a HOPE that someone will actually provide some service, because it must be pretty poor when the customer service rep HOPES someone will actually do their job. I mean, come on, how can you ignore a prior customer for over two weeks who spent about $250K on a driveway, porch and pool deck, plus outdoor lighting who just is looking for a return email or phone call? I think the whole episode calls into question what must be occurring at System Pavers. The "system" appears to be broken, that's for sure. Today, March 26, 2025, I still haven't heard anything from System Pavers. UPDATE APRIL 4 I am changing my review to three stars from one star. I think the negative review got System Pavers' attention as I received a called from Cesar Guzman, a project manager for the company. Apparently he saw the review and called me about it, and getting the repairs done He scheduled the repairs and his worker showed up on time. Cesar came by a little later, introduced himself, and said to call him anytime I needed help. The worker spent a lot of time making sure the repairs were done right, and I was satisfied with his work. In fact, he found some other repairs to fix too which I hadn't asked about. I still don't think I would have gotten any attention if I hadn't posted the negative review, but thanks to Cesar for taking care of the issues.

We had our yard renovated a couple of years ago by a different company. We've had many issues~ water pooling instead of draining when it rained, there were lots of cracks between the pavers and the walkway they put in the front yard was coming apart and could be a hazard to anyone walking on it. We decided to try System Pavers. Anthony was our sales guy. He listened to our issues and came up with a way to fix the problem areas. We also had new work we wanted done ~ we asked them to remove a deck and create a patio, put pathways around our shed and removed the walkway in the front yard replacing it with proper steps. He gave us a few options, and help us design something we could enjoy. Adrian was our project manager ~ he was in constant contact from start to end, making sure we were happy with the work, did we have any questions or concerns (we didn't). He came by almost every day to see how the work was going. He went out of his way to look for pavers to match what we currently had (which he did!). The crew were professional and reliable, they showed up on time every day and even worked in the rain. They were able to lift up the existing pavers and reset them. They created a large landing and step on one side of the house with the new patio. The steps they created in the front are perfect, nicely spaced and safe. We love the new walkways around the shed. If you want a job well done, at a fair price with awesome customer service, then call System Pavers!

I had my backyard paved and they committed to having it completed within a week and they accomplished this as promised despite a minor inconvenience of having the wrong pavers delivered but they corrected it within a day and still completed on time with exceptional quality and they cleaned up with detail. Adrian and Anthony were very easy to work with and accommodated minor changes with exceptional customer service and an excellent attitude! The delivery team was outstanding and very hard working!

Professional beautiful work!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor, full-stop. My designer Lidiana was able to help us see the vision and didn’t try to over-sell us. Our project manager Jeremy was incredible to work with. Over the two weeks of the project, there were predictable minor bumps in the road. His answer was always “No problem, we’ll take care of it.” His team left the worksite impeccably clean at the end of each day and the end result was better than we could have expected. I would recommend System Pavers to anyone.

We recently hired System Pavers to remodel our driveway and entranceway. We worked with Ron Willis as our Design Consultant and Adrian O'Donoghue as our Project Manager. Both gentlemen were excellent. From the initial consultations until the completion of the project, communication between the System Pavers team and ourselves was very good. The project was completed ahead of schedule thanks to the installers willingness to work weekends and in the rain. More importantly the quality of the work was exceptional and we are delighted with the end result. We looked at several different companies prior to deciding on System Pavers and could have chosen cheaper quotes, but in the end we were very happy with our decision. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to undertake a similar remodel.

Adrian and his team were very professional and efficient in their communication and their workmanship. The project was done earlier than expected and met our expectations. We had pavers, turf, and stucco work done in our project. We love how our backyard turned out. I can confidently recommend Adrian and System Pavers if you need pavers done and don’t mind paying a little more than the lowest bids out there.

Excellent service, reasonable cost and on time delivery. The quality of workmanship can’t be beat! Would work with System Pavers again.

I had a great experience working with CC and Adrian to get the yard I wanted. They were quick and accommodating to my requests and changes. Overall it was an enjoyable process and I look forward to the next time I work with them for future projects.

System pavers design Consultant Mike Bing, and project manager Adrian O'Donoghue we're very professional and great to work with. They kept us up to date on every step of our back yard renovation with pavers. Their work crew worked fast and efficientl and did a great job.

System Pavers are well qualified professionals but a little pricey. But all good products come at a cost. The quality of their work is outstanding. And they stick to timelines that’s a important aspect for the project success.

I would never recommend this company. I found them unprofessional, inconsiderate to property and person, disrespectful to women and the elderly. My experience with them was abysmal. My project was started on the 11th of October 2021 and I was told would be completed in a week and a half, 2 weeks tops. They were not done with my project until January the 22nd 2022. Lack of active supervision, serious unprofessionalism, and no attention to detail resulted in poor grading, materials not properly measured to the space needing coverage. My project had to be completely redone twice. I had workers vulgarly swinging off of a bird feeder pole as if they were pole dancing. All while supervisors were standing around watching and laughing. When hiring this company I told them that I had an elderly father with memory issues on the property with me and that I would like him to be disturbed as little as possible, and to let me know when they would be there so that I could keep him informed. This was not done. My elderly father was being made to swing around a gate like a monkey because work to his walkway was not completed promptly, and he was afraid of doing damage to it. I was so excited about finally being able to get my backyard hardscape finished and elated to start having friends over, however my experience with System Pavers killed the pleasure, and the only joy for me was seeing them leave for the last time. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your outdoor projects, as the hassle and incompetence with System Pavers is truly unpleasant.

These guys were fast they got the job done in just a few days and were very easy to work with. They came out and designed the patio on the spot and scheduled the job. They did the job while we were gone on vacation came home to a completed back yard. They left no mess and I am very pleased with the work.

We were extremely happy with the outcome of System Pavers work as well as the organization in general as a group of professionals from project management to the men and women working in the field. We were also pleased with the in-house ability that System Pavers has with their licensed Landscape Architect, Patrick Penticoff who provided a 2D layout and 3D rendering that was brought to life by Project Manager Javier Rodriguez and Sales Manager / Design Consultant Mark Wendel. Javier Rodriquez and his crew were exceptional to work with all with a critical eye on the work and focused on quality. Javier was client-centric always in communications to keep us updated on progress. I would highly recommend System Pavers and Javier for your up coming project.

Professional, reliable company. I had pavers, turf and a drip system installed in my front and back yard. They were great with adjusting the design and then quick with installation. The project manager moved away during my project but his replacement stepped right in easily and got the job done! I had to call once for a repair and had a quick, courteous response. Iâ m very happy with System Pavers!
