Circle Vision wasn't the cheapest, but their review of the site and estimate was the most thorough, and they made us confident that they would do their best to reduce the amount of additional repairs that would be required after remediation was over. They left the dining room wall covered with plastic so our toddler and cats wouldn't get in to the unfinished bathroom. When the inspector returned, he found everything was done to the letter and we passed inspection with no problems.
