My husband and I bought out first home which we love but a room had acoustic ceiling. I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. My kids thought the crew looked pretty cool too, haha. CLEANING WAS AMAZING! Work was conducted upstairs and they went the extra mile and cleaned everything they touched, I really appreciate that, as it again made me feel secure and safe. PEAS left a memorial memory our kids still talk about. I strongly recommend them and would use them again."

Anxiously and in a near panic, I contacted Ron on Sunday 1/16/11 for his guidance on how to approach the problem. Ron guided the workman on what to do by phone, and then about an hour later came out to take a lab sample which ultimately came back clean. No mold was found behind the wall, by the way. All this on a football playoff Sunday! Ron is so awesomely superior in his service that he blows away the competition. He not only saved me thousands over a bid I had received from a mold remediation company for the job, but gave superlative support through the entire process. Before you spend thousands on a suspected mold remediation project, give Ron a call first. You will get an HONEST evaluation of your problem that just may save you thousands without tearing apart your house, but if it turns out that this is necessary - and he'll give you the no bull assessment - you can rest assured that Ron will give you outstanding guidance through the process to a clean finish."

"Frank and his team at Circle Vision construction performed mold remediation on a home before we moved in.  What initially appeared to be a small spot underneath the kitchen sink turned into a large amount of black mold along the bottoms of most of the cabinets.  Additional mold was found around two of the toilets.  In each of the situations, Frank discussed the severity of the find, and what would be required to remediate it.  Our health is our #1 concern, so we elected to make sure that the mold was completely eradicated.  After each area was complete, it was certified by an independent lab.  Throughout the process, which occurred during a tight schedule to be moved in by a certain date, Frank was always available by phone and email.  Email these days is incredibly helpful as I was able to keep on top of the progress while still managing a hectic time at work.  I can easily recommend Frank and Circle Vision construction for the work they performed in the house."
