Scam artist overcharges- Didnt clear the house of mold - Had to be redone and reinspected 3 times at my cost. Charged double . Blackmailed me for payment. Same job would cost more than half the price. Only did change orders to their benefit- But if there was no mold they would keep going and not try to save you money. They are cheats. Mold was found behind the walls in our master bathroom during demolition for a remodel. We contacted 3 companies for mold remediation estimates. Circle Vision wasn't the cheapest, but their review of the site and estimate was the most thorough, and they made us confident that they would do their best to reduce the amount of additional repairs that would be required after remediation was over. Carlos was the lead for our project and he did a great job explaining every step of the work and was very easy to get ahold of for scheduling. Gus Jr. and Gus Sr. conducted the remediation at our house for 2 days. They arrived on time each day, protected the floor with paper, vaccumed and swept at the end of each day, and left the house cleaner than when they left. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. They left an air scrubber at the house for a few days to make sure all traces of mold were gone. They left the dining room wall covered with plastic so our toddler and cats wouldn't get in to the unfinished bathroom. When the inspector returned, he found everything was done to the letter and we passed inspection with no problems.

It went great despise not having a kitchen for a while but absolutely needed to be done considering the health risk. I'm gratefully to have had a honest reliable company serve me n my family thanks you frank and chrismand also your great crew!

We contacted Circle Vision for mold inspection after we saw some spotting during a home inspection. Frank saw the spotting and reassured us it wasn't mold, which is a total relief. He then used his infrared camera to look for water intrusion throughout the house. He didn't find anything. All in all it was very painless. Frank was very knowledgeable and didn't push for us to have unnecessary sample tests. I highly recommend.

Frank and his team at Circle Vision construction performed mold remediation on a home before we moved in. What initially appeared to be a small spot underneath the kitchen sink turned into a large amount of black mold along the bottoms of most of the cabinets. Additional mold was found around two of the toilets. In each of the situations, Frank discussed the severity of the find, and what would be required to remediate it. Our health is our #1 concern, so we elected to make sure that the mold was completely eradicated. After each area was complete, it was certified by an independent lab. Throughout the process, which occurred during a tight schedule to be moved in by a certain date, Frank was always available by phone and email. Email these days is incredibly helpful as I was able to keep on top of the progress while still managing a hectic time at work. I can easily recommend Frank and Circle Vision construction for the work they performed in the house.

In December 2009 we discovered mold in an upstairs bedroom closet. We found Circle Vision Construction on Jen's List, where Frank Colbert was highly recommended. From day one, Frank managed all aspects of the mold remediation and subsequent reconstruction. He negotiated with the insurance company, who paid him directly so we didn't have to deal with any payments. His staff was polite, clean and extremely efficient. We experienced none of the contractor issues we hear from friends and colleagues. He brought in a top notch designer, who was covered within the insurance funds. All rooms involved were torn out, down to the studs. We remodeled the upstairs bath, adjacent bedroom, powder room and laundry room to custom home standards, all within the insurance funds. This included hard wood floors, tile, custom cabinets for the baths and laundry room, granite, high end lighting fixtures and hardware. In additon, Frank arranged for wood floors to be laid and substantial interior and exterior painting including repair of our window trim, patio cover, and gazebo, which had suffered both termite and weather-related damage. The project took about 6 months to complete and we were able to live in the home all through that time. Throughtout that time, Frank was a constant presence, from overseeing his subcontractors, to performing hands on work, to taking us shopping to pick out hardware, tile, wood and granite. In October 2010, a hot water pipe behind the wetbar in our family room burst requiring more mold remediation and complete reconstruction. We called Frank immediately. Again he negotiated with the insurance company, and we were able to lay hardwood floors, install custom cabinetry, and re-construct a pub-style bar with granite and wood and a built in refrigerator, all within the insurance funds. We worked with the same designer, who selected window treatments, sofa cushions, throw rugs and accessories to complete the look of the room. We cannot recommend Frank Colbert more highly.
