As for repairs, some can be done on site, but we usually have the resources back at in our shop at home to repair some other blinds. Frequently work with Hunter Douglas products and can usually have them repaired without sending them to manufacturer. Regular maintenance on your blinds will keep them looking better and lasting longer for a fraction of the cost of buying new!
