Best grout and tile cleaning pros near Milpitas, CA

"I contacted 3 contractors for bids. Jeff Pacini's Tile Works was not the low bidder but was the most experienced and knowledgeable by far. After a follow-up phone call Jeff agreed to match the low bid. He has 6 tile repair specialists who work exclusively for him and he sent Joe to do my repair. Joe was prompt, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Pacini's Tile Works for any job you have. Great work at a great price!"

"George was a real pleasure to work with. When I entered my job description into the Anji's List site, I quickly received a call from George. We discussed the perimeters of the project. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and took me through the steps he would employ to clean and restore the bathroom floor and shower tile and grout. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was personable and professional throughout and the end result was such an improvement! I would not hesitate to use George's services again. On top of everything, he is a really nice guy!"

"Blace did an excellent job recaulking our bathtubs, toilets, ands sinks. He also patched grout as needed. Blace is quick but thorough, polite, and happy to answer questions. I highly recommend his services, and wish I hadn't waited so long! My bathrooms look new again!"

"Better than I imagined. I liked that it is a family business. Sam is a hard worker and was very thorough with each area he cleaned. They were both friendly and professional, and I felt very comfortable with their presence in my home. The were very conscientious of little details like cords coming out of the walls and giving me shoe covers to use while the carpets were still damp. I was very impressed that the carpet came out looking so much better than I had anticipated."

"Didn't use the right tile in the one place(smaller so grout lines bigger). Only brought 2 colors of grout. Didn't have the right color"

"George did an amazing job way above my expectations and what I asked for he went above and beyond. I would definitely hire them again for all my future projects and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional, well experience and good priced for any of there tile remodels, they literally do it all."

"Very good job, and would use again"

"Alan did a terrific job. I've been using him for many years and can always count on him for first rate steam cleaning. This year he had new equipment which he described as the rolls royce of steam cleaners. It was clearly much more powerful and left the carpet much drier than in the past.

"Fernando was efficient and thorough. The cost for the job was less than the quotes I received from the chain carpet cleaners. The carpet was dry by the end of the day and looks great. I highly recommend Fernando."
