Aldi the clean up afterwards was excellent as well. We were super happy and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing there insulation!!"

"Buyer beware!!! I have never had such a nightmare with this company. Save your money and your sanity. They installed a patio cover for me. It leaked immediately. This was two years ago. For the past two years, they have been out at least 7 or 8 times claiming to "fix" the leaks. The leaks were not normal patio leaks by the way. The leaking has cause 3 of the 4 lights installed in the patio to fail. Every time they come, it's never fixed. The leaks keep getting worse. They never follow up with me, I always have to call them. They do not manage their sub contractors at all. This latest round started just before Christmas 2021, it's now been three months, four visits later. They took flashing off, said they were going to let it dry out and put it back. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, I noticed rain on the weather , I called Trig who had to send them back out to put the flashing back on. They sent some guy to do some more drastic sealing or something on my roof, they claimed it was done.....see attached photos of how they left my roof claiming it was done. Also, never followed back up with me on a light they need to replace which is still burned out and filled with water from rains. Save yourself the headache please!!! This still isn't resolved. I have filed a BBB compliant to try and help me resolve."

They arrived on scheduled time and all employees were friendly, professional and helpful. There were some issues but working crew resolved everything easily. "SES is the best company you can think of when it comes to remodeling your house. I finished my project 6 months ago and the communication was great. Maiia from the office kept on following up with every question we had. We had the SES app that we communicated easier and saw pictures of our project throughout the process. We live half of the year in Russia and due to COVID we couldn't come back so it took a while until we were able to see how it came out. Job was done properly, they cleaned the house when they finished and it was a pleasure to do business with them."

Tal helped us select the new stunning marble slab for the new island that he implemented in the design and the gorgeous chandelier above it because the island that he designed for us included table as well. Tal Mechaly was amazing at selecting all the paint colors combinations and with his design… he was able to pull it all together as one piece of art kitchen. He ended up recommending a textured (less expensive) finish that will allow for repairs down the road and I really appreciated his honesty in this regard. "I hired Better Together Builders for a major home renovation and have paid over $130K toward the project. While some work was completed, my overall experience has been disappointing due to delays, unfinished tasks, and a lack of attention to detail. I am currently pursuing legal action against this company for their failure to fulfill contractual obligations and for the damages caused. Specific examples from my project: • Electrical work was left incomplete, requiring me to hire a licensed electrician at my own expense to finish it. • Several areas were installed without proper preparation, resulting in chipped slabs, misaligned cuts, unpatched drywall holes, and exposed wiring. • Communication and follow-up became inconsistent, and I often had to chase updates to keep the project moving. • Extended delays caused me to lose months of potential rental income, while I also had to pay for temporary housing. This review reflects my personal experience and is not intended to cause harm, but to inform others.
