"We just had our entire HVAC system and duct work replaced by Efficiency Air and the entire process was a breeze from our very first meeting until it was completed in just one install day! Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and broke down every aspect of the products and process to make sure we understood all of the information to make an informed decision that was best for our house. We proceeded to get other quotes just in case but each time we felt underwhelmed by their lack of response incredibly high prices. Tim even answered all of our questions as we needed clarification with the other bids. We knew from the beginning he was someone we could trust and he proved that to be true! They started early on the install day and were done even sooner than we expected in just one day! They even discovered some problems with our plumbing and fixed it no additional charges even though it was much more work than they anticipated and he kept the price he had quoted us just as he promised he would even with the additional labor our job required. His crew was very nice and didn’t mind that our kids kept getting in the way. Our System is working amazing and we are very happy we chose to have it replaced by them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service or replacement!"

"All services were completed professionally. Due to miss communication part of the service was not conducted (dryer vent cleaned), following contact promptly and professionally this was corrected the next day. I would recommend them for having your vents cleaned."

"They fixed the capacitor and got the unit working, but I felt the price of $450 to replace a capacitor was high. That said, it is summertime and pricing is considered "high season" so I elected to go forward with the repair. I was happy to have it repaired quickly and professionally even though the cost of repair was probably elevated. More importantly to note was that there was a misunderstanding regarding membership for which the office quickly stepped up and corrected the matter. I am grateful for that and therefore would use them again on a future repair."

"I was hopeful when I first met Marco. He responded to my inquiry very quickly and came over right away. I have a small leak above one of our windows (on the inside) that I wanted to fix. Wasn't sure if it was dry rot or caulking, the gutter, or roof possibly. He came over and assured me that it was only the paint and caulking and that it was a very easy fix. They scraped off some old paint and sealed the area, as well as caulked around the window. They also fixed a small piece of wood that had come away from the house. They told me, with confidence, that everything was all set and would be good. However, when it rained a few hours later, the leak was still there, just as bad as before. He had mentioned fitting me in while he was in the middle of a job, and I'm afraid he rushed through the job just go get it done, so I'm not sure he properly assessed the problem to find the right solution.
When I texted him the following day saying the leak, he texted me back "must be the roof then, i think you have to call a roofer to fix that, i don't do roof work". I know that our roof is in very good order, and it was disconcerting that the work he was confident was easy and finished was not only incorrectly assessed, but also out of his realm to fix.
Unfortunately, I still have a leak to fix and I'm hoping that the work he did didn't create more work for the contractor who will end up having to fix the problem.
He did fix our front door to shut properly, but it took me checking and re-checking it in order for it to be done properly.
