When on site he confirmed prices before starting the work and the carpets came up great. I wasn't really sure how well the tile floor would look after cleaning, it has been down a few years. The kitchen tile flooring looked like new after he had finished! I will not waste time and energy DIY again as his results were amazing! They worked for close to 3 hours cleaning each room and made sure that the carpet came out clean as close to new.
