"On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Brother and Brother Builders an eleven. Their professionalism, knowledge, craftsmanship, and courtesy were truly exceptional. During the initial meeting, the senior project manager Daniel Perez carefully guided us through the process and was available to answer any of our concerns. Then throughout the project, he checked in on a regular basis to ensure the process went smoothly and made sure everyone stayed within the projected timeline. The interior designer was amazing and extremely talented. I always appreciated how she listened to my thoughts when creating the final design. She was also readily available when needed. The foreman and crew were hardworking, respectful of our home, and accommodated our requests. The final product was beyond fabulous and we are extremely happy with our renovated kitchen and family room."

"Skytech Builders made the process so easy! Jonathan and Leo both came in and showed me a bunch of different layouts and frames for kitchen cabinets. I had to redo my bathroom cabinets as well. We ended up talking for four hours about my current vision and what I want in my kitchen. They showed me many projects they did and a lot of options, colors, and 3d designs of how everything will look at the end. They made that vision come to life a couple of months later. I couldn't be happier with the results and how it all turned out, the same as the primer design they showed me, they were so professional and most importantly clean!! "Excellent experience. The price was fair, Ofer was very flexible and responsive to what we needed, and his team were punctual, professional, and efficient. When other contractors would take days to respond and provide estimates, Ofer always got back to me in a couple of hours at most. Adding the skylight took only two days, and the only additional cost was for the skylight itself (about 200$) and paint (about 40$)."

"Lindgren Construction is busy, probably because of the overall high ratings. We contacted Eric for an estimate and recommendations about what to do about two sets of leaky French doors. One door had split along the bottom. He went over options and recommended clad doors emphasizing it was more expensive but he felt they'd hold up to the exposure our doors get. His estimate might not be the lowest, but it was fair especially considering the quality of the work and his standards, The work began a few weeks after our first contact. Eric's communication during the work is excellent. He called at the end of each day, texted information about times and next steps. He called to make sure the sub contractors had done work to our satisfaction and that the "work site" was left clean. My wife was impressed by the fact that we would not have known workers had been in our home if not for the the work they had completed. The project required removal of some stucco. Eric consulted with us regarding choices regarding patching the stucco. We decided to go with foam and painting the stucco the trim color, because matching 13 + year old stucco and new paint would be a challenge. The end result looks great. I appreciated Eric's communication, responsiveness to any concerns. He demonstrated a commitment to making sure we were not just satisfied but completely happy. We are not quite done at this writing, but I kept getting e-mails from Angie's List to enter a review. We have been very pleased and Eric has been responsive, committed to getting the job done right and trustworthy, that we felt we could write our review with confidence. Excellent work.
