Daniel was prompt to answer my request for help with a small install and repair of wood flooring. He came out the following day to look at the project. Seemed very knowledgeable and gave a very fair bid. He was able to do the project the following day! Arrived on time. Showed care and respect for my home. Completed the project on time. The floor and repair look great. He cleaned up after he was done. I will recommend him to others. As a matter of fact I recommend him to my daughter and she has hired him for a flooring project at her home!

Daniel is one of a very few top professionals I ever worked with. Restoration work involved refinishing of about 1000 sq. ft. of 60 year old oak floor boards with multiple blemishes, including water damage and pet stains, as well as laying down a new floor section. Daniel is efficient, great communicator, always on time, the work was superb - seamless transition between old and new section, little details worked to perfection. If you need floor restoration work look no further - you have just discovered a true craftsman.

We hired Dan to refinish original hardwood floors after buying our first home. The floor was under carpet for decades and had some issues. Cupping, relief cuts, blade cuts from previous carpet installations and buckling boards. Dan came in for an estimate and immediately started teaching us about our floor and the process. He replaced damaged boards, sanded and refinished the entire house in less than a week. Dan brought out the beauty in the old floor himself and made it a great experience for us. We had Daniel install new hardwood floors in the dining room that was carpeted. He matched the adjacent existing floors perfectly and was very professional with his work. He knows wood floors & is a true craftsman- did all the work himself and always showed up on time. Very patient with explaining all our options. He also took a lot of time prepping the area to minimize dust, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We love our new floors and would highly recommend Daniel!

Daniel went above and beyond to complete the project at our home. It not only included refinishing existing wood floors, but he also had to rip out some previously installed wood flooring that couldnâ t be sanded. He then installed new hardwood in that room. The end result is beautiful!! We canâ t say enough about Danielâ s work ethic. He arrived each day when he said he would. He explained each step and was extremely patient with us when we were trying agree on the stain and sealant choices. He prepped and protected other areas of the home to help keep them dust free. He also vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of each day. He finished the job when he said he would. He came back a few days after the job was completed and in checking the floors, he decided we needed one last coat of finish in the high traffic areas. He didnâ t have to do that, but he just felt it would be better protected to do so. We really appreciate his follow-through and commitment to quality work. We would use Daniel again, in a heartbeat!
