"From the first day we started dealing with Tamir and the team at Pure Restoration we knew we were going to have a good experience - because he LISTENED. Issues were discussed and laid out before they became actual problems and Tamir's experience helped us to avoid many simple mistakes that are often made by homeowners. All of the work was done professionally. Permits were pulled and inspections were passed. Tamir communicated all of our needs to his subcontractors and our insurance company, and all of the crew working in our home were responsible and had very positive attitudes. Tamir also communicated his needs (code issues, etc.) to us. Throughout the job we all collaborated with a designer whose ideas were embraced by Tamir and his team (which is pretty rare). Progress was made on the job every day - and the workplace was kept clean and protected. We have already referred Tamir to our friends, and, based on having just passed our last inspection, we will continue to do so. Our house looks great and we are very happy."

My husband and I bought out first home which we love but a room had acoustic ceiling. I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. My kids thought the crew looked pretty cool too, haha. CLEANING WAS AMAZING! Work was conducted upstairs and they went the extra mile and cleaned everything they touched, I really appreciate that, as it again made me feel secure and safe. When AM/PM inspected, they suspected that the damage was not that widespread. Sure enough, when they did the demo, the mold had not spread widely into the walls. I appreciated their honesty, even though it meant a smaller job. Maya came to the house to assess the damage, then remained my point of contact throughout the job. She was kind, knowledgable and professional. She even recommended a 3rd party testing company to come and certify their work. AND all of this happened over the Christmas holiday.
