They will break your stuff?pinky swear. One employee actually said, ?Every move has broken items, it?s just moving.? The good news? You?re covered for a generous $0.60 per pound. So let?s say you just bought a brand-new 75" LG OLED TV for $3,500. If it breaks, you?ll get a whopping $42 in reimbursement?after fighting with a broken third-party insurance portal that constantly crashes. (For the record, they didn?t break my TV, but they did smash an expensive dresser and nightstand and lost two large boxes filled with high-end electronics.) "
