Move Happy moved me across country from my place in Connecticut to my temporary housing inn Sacramento. I got a new job and got rid of a lot of my things. The team arrived as planned. I flew out to meet them at my temp place and they unloaded all my boxes and the few pieces of furniture I decided to keep. The cost was really reasonable considering the distance. I?ll use these guys again once I settle into my new home in a few months.

I contacted Move Happy well in advance since I had a large 4 bedroom house and 2 car garage full of things to move to North Carolina from California. They developed a strong and comprehensive project plan for me and sent a seasoned team of cross country movers to handle my move. The cost was within my budget and I think very reasonable considering the amount of things I had to move. They ran into a hit of a hitch in Oklahoma as a series of tornadoes was blowing through but they let me know right away about the delay. Overall a great experience.

A friend at work recommended Move Happy. I had to move within a month back to be near my sister as my parents health was not good. I only had about a one bedroom worth of things in my Century City apartment. The team sent me a solid project plan before arriving to pick up my things. They gave me a week or so to send them any questions and they got back to me right away. The only issue I had was they arrived with my things about a day late due to weather in Texas. The cost was quite fair considering the distance. I’d recommended Move Happy for your moving needs.

My mom was coming to come live at my place for awhile and she wanted to bring her mattress and some other items from her condo in Long Beach. The cost was quite good and the team was able to navigate Southern California traffic and arrive at my place within an hour of the scheduled delivery time. The moving team was friendly and easy to reach by text since they picked up my mom’s things so there were no surprises. We plan to use them again when we have any moves coming up. My mom might get her own place in the next year or so.

Things went as planned during having some of my things from West Hollywood to my Manhattan flat. The cost was reasonable. The moving team was well seasoned in cross country moves and all of my things arrived as scheduled for the most part. They did get caught in Manhattan congestion for a few hours but texted me and kept me in the loop. As I’m consolidating all of my properties items into one location in NYC I expect to use their services again later in the year.

Amazing move that moved our things from our condo in Palm Desert to our new place in La Jolla. The cost was quite good and the moving Team kept us updated quite often so there were no surprises. Given the traffic situation in Southern California I was very impressed to arbor things were delivered on time. The cost was in line with a couple companies we got estimates from as well.

They sent out a fully prepared and seasoned team. They were so good they packed and loaded out things an hour earlier than we planned. We had no issues with anything really besides some issues parking the truck in our new neighbors hood but we figured it out. We plan to recommend them to our friends and work colleagues. It’s tough to find a decent moving company.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID AT ALL COST. Sales were responsive until the contract is signed. Furnitures were damaged and refund is still pending after more than a month after claims were submitted. No response from the Customer Service (Jose Robledo) despite multiple emails.

Worst customer service - don’t use for long distance moves. Nathan is completely unresponsive. He told me their contract allows them 45 days to deliver even though their website says 6-10 days. No status provided, no COI provided after multiple email requests. They turned the move into a complete headache. Update: 10 days after I gave them my move address, I have no update on delivery and no update on COI. I am at the point of calling the insurance company to see if they can track down my belongings. Every day they want you to call them and check on the status, only to have their dispatch tell you to call them back tomorrow. I’ve moved many times, and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had by far. Update 2: It has now been over a month since they picked up my belongings with no delivery date in sight and no COI. Upon research, this is a PE backed company and they will keep your stuff for months until they can fill up a truck - no white glove service and completely false advertising on their website

The crew of five (5!! awesome!) showed up on-time, had no trouble getting the truck in position on a major city block and quickly moved my entire place. They were very clever and able to pack the truck efficiently like they were Tetris masters. We took nearly an hour less than expected and everything showed up perfectly. The movers put the items in the correct rooms and I was able to unpack quickly afterwards. Thank you so much for taking care of the entire experience, well worth the money to not stress and not have to do anything!

I only write reviews if I find them genuinely informative for future customers. I used Move Happy to move from California to Ohio. But it was a poor experience that cost me an extra $2500. 1. They picked up on September 6th and promised delivery no later than September 26th. But they ended up delivering on October 9th. During September, I resided at my relative's house, but from October 1st, I had to rent an Airbnb while I still paid for the rent of my new house, and I lost about $1500 on Airbnb in addition to the discomfort of my 1-year-old baby. They didn't provide any good reason or compensation for this late delivery. 2. My $900 TV stand and $300 baby crib were shattered. And when asked for the compensation, they said it is $0.6 per pound. So we can pay $66 to compensate. I didn't accept it because it seemed like a joke to me. I don't recommend them.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Did not give me an estimate on when my items would be delivered despite me repeatedly asking, then less than 24 hours before gave me a 2 hour window to be home to receive my belongings with little to no flexibility. What's worse: they literally destroyed the only 2 pieces of furniture I asked them to move and completely smashed up a fragile box of dishware. Because of them, my bedframe is now broken, my headboard is horribly scratched, and my side table literally arrived in pieces. Cannot say enough bad things about them. Horrific experience. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
