"I’ve never in my life had any type of contact with [Member Name Removed] . I think she mistakenly put a review on my company and it’s meant for a different company."
"Miss [Member Name Removed] claims the spots were caused by a chemical spill “Oven cleaner” Which was NOT USED. WE USED Zep Degreaser to clean her oven and it’s also safe to use on wooden floors. We have been doing this job for many years and using the same chemicals/cleaners that we researched beforehand and wouldn’t cause Damage. We’ve never Had any issues with other clients. (See Screenshot from Google). The spots came out after mopping her floor same as it happened the first time we cleaned her home. When the spots came out, we notified her son who [Member Name Removed] left in charge. And he said they had “ Just touched up the same spots” That he was OK. Please note that the same spots came out the first time we cleaned her house a year ago and [Member Name Removed] stated “ It was OK that those spots were painted with touchup marker”. On August 23, we cleaned [Member Name Removed]‘s house everything went well, I thought, I did notice the same spots on her kitchen floor that had came out the first time we cleaned her home after mopping, but they were not very noticeable. She was present throughout the service did not complain about anything and did not give us any instructions as to what to use and what not to use on her floor. Sometime after we left, she texted complaining about showers not being clean and oven not touched. I admit we missed her oven I did not see her request and she didn’t get charged for it. However, in an effort to make things right for her, we returned the next day for about five hours and redid her cleaning. It turns out her showers and mirrors had lint from our rags drying the glass, and that was the problem. On all the pictures she sent. I cannot see anything being dirty. (I cannot download those pictures) we cleaned everything to her standard idea of deep cleaning and everything was approved by her and her son. Her kitchen floor was remopped With her own mop, and the spots came out even more than The previous day. We immediately notified her son who she left in charge and he said:” It was OK that they had just touched up the same spots” I including a screenshot of our conversation. As you can see there is no denial or.” What are you talking about?” When I told her the same thing happened a year ago, and she said not to worry that she uses touchup markers to paint her floor! In conclusion, I believe she’s just trying to come up on a new floor. She made up the places in her house, not being clean when they were, to have us come back knowing after a second mopping The spots would come out more. She’s trying to come up on hard-working people. She had ill intentions from the beginning."
