"Cuevas Lumber replaced a shared fence on our property almost 9 years ago. Since the job was arranged by the neighbor, I wasn't there to look at details. I thought our gate was installed a bit tight, but it worked, so I left it alone. Over they years things were shifting and this year it got to the point that the gate was almost jammed. It took a bit of effort to find the contact info to the contractor who did the job, and two days after I called them Fidel came over and fixed the gate, cheerfully, perfectly, and under a goodwill warranty - 9 years after the fact. "The company called to let me know the person they were sending was a little delayed.  That was thoughtful and appreciated.  He arrived just a little bit later than scheduled.  The worker was good, polite and professional. 
It would have helped to been given a list of materials needed prior, as the worker and I had to go to the lumber yard together.  Someone else mentioned that, but I had no idea what to buy.  And probably the person doing the repairs needed to eyeball it as well.  But that time was included in the time allocated for repairs.  We went to the closest place not the least expensive place.
The worker was quiet, thorough, and replaced the rotted wood with new.  That was during the summer, and I have not had any problems (although it has been a rather dry winter.)
