I am so happy to recommend this man’s work! He was punctual, he greeted us very politely, and proceeded to clean all of our windows without disturbing our day. Our Housecleaners even came while he was here, and asked for his phone number after they saw the kind of job he was doing. My husband, and I both agree that it has been a long time since we have seen our windows and screens this clean. His rate was super reasonable and he also provides other services like power, washing, gutter, cleaning, etc. In this day and age of people not caring about doing their best job, it is refreshing and heartening to have someone like Mashath to work with. I hired Mashath for window cleaning. He did an excellent job for me, he arrived on time. The windows were superbly cleaned. The window screens were removed and replaced after cleaning. Our experience with AI Power Wash was terrific. The communications were great, the pricing was very fair, and the service was excellent. Mashath is a professional. This is an essential service, especially in the wake of the LA Fires. In fact, our neighbor's insurance scheduled an inspection and then dropped them for having debris in the gutters. The pros were relative novices at putting up the Christmas lights on our oak tree. Nevertheless, they did a reasonably good job.

Mashath was very thorough, detail oriented at his job. He made sure to get the concrete driveway all clean and look like a new one. I hired him for doing exterior power washing, driveway power wash as well as for gutter cleaning. He did a great job.
