I actually recommended him to a couple of other neighbors. He is a nice man. He came out and sent us a call. We heard the noises, he came in and said to get up definitely what it was and what have been into the attic, looked all around, as far as he could get the zip both of ceilings, and a lot of it he can get to. Joshua's Pest ControlThey did a great job. They had to come back to deal with an ant problem but it was my neighbor's issue. I spoke with my neighbor and said ants were coming from their house to my house. I recommended Joshua's Pest Control because they are the best. I told them that they have kept them out of my house for 1 1/2 years and it was an option for them. They are reliable and if they say they are going to do something, they do it. Only on two occasions have I had to call them to come in separate than my normal maintenance. For my normal maintenance, they come in twice a year and spray around the house. They have absolutely no issues with my dogs being in the back yard. They have pet friendly technicians. They make sure that the ants and spiders are completely off my house including the roof beams. They even do the underpart of the roof area to make sure that the cobwebs and spiders are not nesting anywhere near the top of the house. After my normal service if I see any activity they will gladly come out and they come out really quick, anywhere from 48 to 72 hours. They have done a wonderful job and I am really impressed not only with their service but with their technicians as well. I will definitely continue to use them.- Jeannene B.

Target Pest ControlThey come out on a monthly basis. They are very responsive and very helpful. We live on an acre of land close to a river. When the river comes up critters come out of it and across the road to our area. A couple of times they have told me when they would be here to lay out a rat trap. Planet Orange is a very great company for termite control. I have been a customer for more than 5 years now. Because of their great service and treatment of termites, I still have a good house to live in. There are no more termites in the areas after they did the treatment. I have a three-story house. Some areas were very difficult to reach, but they found a way to do the treatment anyway. Planet Orange is the company you can count on for taking care of your home that has termites. I will highly recommend it to all the people I know!

Horrible experience, the employees were very poorly trained. They severely underestimated the time to do the job. They sealed holes in vent screens with big globs of unsightly goo. The crawlspace access door wouldn't stay closed do they pried a stepping stone out of the garden and used that to hold it closed. They spit sunflower seed shells all over, including on our front porch furniture. They vacuumed the old insulation out of the attic but there was a leak in their system and it spewed old insulation and rat droppings all over the inside of our garage and on open storage shelves, and they didn't clean it up. They only apply blown-in insulation and our ducts are covered with sheet insulation, so they didn't remove that insulation or the rat droppings on the tops of the ducts. I could go on....
