"Justin, our service technician, called me 10 minutes out to give us a heads up before arriving. He showed up as scheduled and completed his inspection quickly and thoroughly. He has already inspected the traps 3 times in the past month, and he will be back in a month to check on the traps he reset. I have a quarterly pest control agreement with EcoPro and for a nominal quarterly fee I was able to add rodent control to my plan. This fee included the initial inspection and setting of traps in my attic and around the perimeter of my home. Inspections of the traps started at one week, then two weeks and 30 days going forward. I can call for additional inspections, should I see or hear rodent activity, at any time without additional cost. I have been using EcoPro for well over a year, and they have always been accommodating with their schedule. They have come out several times for ant control treatment last summer which did take care of the infestation. I am pleased with the service and highly recommend them."
