They were at the house early every morning with a plan for the day that they stuck with. John is an easy going very knowledgeable about the job and how to get it done. He has a good group of guys that showed up everyday and worked very hard. He took care of the permitting and was always available to answer questions and to explain the next phase of the job. It pretty much sums up our experience and how we feel about the work he did: John, Now that our remodel is complete and we have passed our final inspection we’d like to express our sincere appreciation for the fine job you, your carpenter and your subcontractors have done. The workmanship and attention to detail has been outstanding and it really shows in the final results. When you began work, the house was a rundown gutted shell and now it is a showcase home like those you see on the pages of Sunset Magazine! By far and away this has been the most major construction project we have ever undertaken – almost a total rebuild. Because we had heard so many “contractor from h***” stories from friends, we were more than a little apprehensive when we committed to begin this project. But as the work progressed, it became clear to us that you are a man of integrity, that you take pride in your work, and that you hold your subcontractors to a similar high standard. In the end we can say without question that you served our needs exceptionally well. You met your budget and time commitments and you did a great job of keeping us informed about your progress. You also explained challenges you ran into in plain English and clearly articulated the options to resolve them. Given the size and cost of this job, we had braced ourselves for a stressful and difficult process. But it was actually pretty painless and kind of exciting to witness the transformation of a dilapidated house into the comfortable and attractive home it is today. Barney's Home RepairsBarney was very professional, quickly responded to my emails and called me promptly after first contact. The original work was for just the door, toilet and fan repairs. However, Barney took the time to walk around inside and out of my home to ensure that there ware no other issues on the home. he found a broken dryer vent with a bird trying to make a nest. Barney quite possibly prevented a fire in my home because of his due diligence! Excellent integrity and a fair price from a professional. I would highly recommend Barney's home repair!- Nathan D.

Lindgren ConstructionI had various small household repair jobs that had accumulated and hired Mr. Lindgren through Angie's List as a "contractor for a day." Though he normally handles much larger jobs, he was happy to take care of what I had. He arrived on time, was trustworthy and friendly, competent and efficient. He finished the projects I had in such short time that I had to think of what other work I could give him! I remembered I had always wanted to build a raised planter. He used scrap redwood I had, took it home an hour away, sanded the pieces, built a beautiful and solid planter and returned it to me a couple days later. Through Angie's List I was lucky to come upon this jewel of a person who is a skilled contractor with an above-and-beyond work ethic.- Isabelle B.

A1 On Track Sliding Door Repair & InstallationLinda, office staff, was very pleasant, Elaine's costs and arranged work date. Prior to arrival, crew called to let us know they were on their way and arrival time. Louis, business owner, came today. They started quickly and explained what they would doing. Louis recommended installing a new track. Work was done quickly and we were shown each step in the process. Louis personally checked that work was done to his standards. Door slides better than ever. Work area was cleaned we were thanked for our business. Louis provided an estimate for additional work , shower door, and made recommendation of local vendors who might do the work for a lower amount. He explained that our location is a great distance for them leading to more costly travel time for them. I appreciate his apparent honesty and local recommendations. We decided to schedule the additional work in part due to their work today, but also his apparent commitment to customer treatment and quality work.- Jesse H.

Baggett Construction ServicesI don’t have any complaints about Max or his crew. They are conscientious, friendly, polite and clean. I never felt uncomfortable around any of them. When I had concerns Max did not hesitate to explain why something was done a certain way. If he had to change anything on the schedule he made sure I was kept informed. His estimates are very thorough but when issues arose not on the estimate he advised me of the options available and what he thought was the best course of action. Max’s calm and patient demeanor helped me get through a major remodel of my rental property. I feel very fortunately that he is my contractor and he will be doing another job for me soon. Baggett Construction ServicesWOW! Absolutely awesome! They were exceptional! We have a brand new house now at the completion and I have to say it was worth every single penny and more! We got a deal! I feel like I bought a brand new house! Max and his crew (Including every single subcontractor that he hired to come in) were timely, courteous, professional, DETAILED AND METICULOUS about every single aspect of their jobs. Every member of the construction crew was a true craftsman. Max Baggett kept in contact with us during every step of the construction process and was responsive to every call we made. Max runs a large company and we always felt as though we were his number one customer and paid attention to EVERY detail, and responded to every single call we made to him immediately. Even when his portion of our whole wall cabinetry was completed he made a point of coming by when we were having our home entertainment center and sound system installed. He instructed the installation team how to hide wires and protect the functionality and beauty of our custom made cabinets. As a side note I must say that I was exceptionally pleased at how clean my house was kept during the construction process! The whole front of our house was under remodel and the crew used plastic cover sheets so the dust did not get into our bedroom (That we lived out of for 3 1/2 months during the construction...so it was really important to us to keep it dust free). I have breathing problems and did not have one problem during the entire time of our construction process. Also, the lighting was done perfectly. We have some special paintings that David installed the lighting to illuminate the pictures to show their true beauty. As things were getting close to Christmas and I was having to coordinate our furniture (Murphy's Mover's was exceptional!) to get moved in so at least our family had a place to sit for Christmas Dinner.....Max and his whole team work hard to ensure we could have our construction completed in time for Christmas Dinner for my husband/s side of the family...which was a stressor in itself! I will definitely use them again AND every single subcontractor he used for our flooring, painting, firebox installation, mill work and tile work). I just have to say that there is not a better contractor and also, one of the most important and hallmark attribute of Max is what an Honest and ETHICAL man to work with, and so was every member of his team....my husband and I just cannot say enough about how great an experience this was and I would do it all over again. We just want to say a heart felt thank you to every single person that worked on our home. I now love every single minute I spend in it. I turned into a dream home.....I can't wait to start a master bath and kitchen remodel! Do hire this team and you will not regret the experience at all!- Dorothy B.

This is in addition to provided service at home: I'm a disabled individual and travel is always difficult and dangerous for me. But on my last trip to Las Vegas I discovered a good service provided at Treasure Island, one of seven hotels that provides Surehands Ceiling tracks. I liked it because of its ease of use and safety it provides and its installment by Lift and Specialists who maintains this quality equipment and train hotel engineers who are ready to help around the clock.

Sergio is highly detail-oriented and makes you feel that you are part of the project by explaining in detail and with a number of photos the repairs required. His work is high quality and my house stands out now, with a beautiful paining job, a new patio and a drainage system. My experience in general with contractors has been stressful. Sergio made me feel at ease because of his dedication and conscientiousness. Three months have gone by and I am still very pleased with my experience and the quality of Sergio’s Repairs. Jason talks a lot on the phone about how he thinks he is a good fit for the job. I explained everything to him in a straightforward manner and spent a lot of time. I believe after he thinks about things and has a scheduled appointment he starts to try to get out of what he said on the phone and downplay what he has said he can do. This wastes a lot of time for everybody. Just tell it like it is right from the start. Don't set an appointment if you don't think the job is right for you or possibly over what you said you could do.
