"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Brian Higgins the owner, was very thorough and considerate. He gave us a fair price and did a wonderful job. He eliminated the dead rats at were in the attic and under the house. He helped us fog the entire house to get rid of the mites that were biting me for 6 months. Then Brian climbed on the roof and covered all access holes with wire mess. He did that to the perimeter of the house too. Finally he set traps with bate in the attic and crawl space under the house. Two weeks later he returned and did an inspection of the traps to make sure there was no additional activity . He is a very pleasant guy and I would highly recommend using him again if needed .R Blecher"

We were told by another company that we COULDN'T have subterranean termites because we have a slab foundation. We have an Eichler. Jameson's very thorough inspection discovered that we, indeed, have subterranean termites. We chose to do a local treatment because the drywood termites were in the beams and it appeared that the infestation was in the early stages. Their work and ethics are amazing! Jameson (inspector) and Uriel (technician who performed the treatment) have the utmost respect for your property and personal safety. They entered our home with booties and masks at all time unlike the previous company that did not. I did not have clean up after the work and Uriel was able to match the color on our beams (two different colors) perfectly. To the untrained eye, we couldn't tell where the drilled holes were. We were told by the other company that we would have to buy primer and paint to cover up the treated areas. Jameson's and Uriel's knowledge, customer service and professionalism are outstanding! Their response time is quick and they know how to take good care of their customers. We are so fortunate that we found them to take care of our home. "I thought it went very well. He was very meticulous in going through and identifying where the pests were coming into the house. We ended up spending another $150 to completely eradicate and take care of the problem. I don't know if they put anymore traps down there or not, but I haven't heard anything from the tenants saying that there is a problem. It's been six months now and so I'm thinking they took care of it."
