"Considering a door replacement and was searching for Philipâ s info. He did a great job on replacement of back door to garage. Doesnâ t show, but I know I upgraded to 5 stars after we had rain. Was waiting to be sure didnâ t leak. Philip is the best contractor we have used, ever, since living in Watsonville for decades. "Iâ ve worked with many different contractors through the years, some good, some not so good and others that are top notch. Lovejoy Construction falls into the top notch category. It was a multifaceted job due to a flooded section of the house. Carpet, flooring and walls in three rooms need to be removed. At a quick pace, they removed and replaced sub-flooring and walls, repainted walls, had bathroom flooring replaced and the insulation and vapor barrier under the house replaced. Ryan Lovejoy is a great communicator, that kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan as well as his assistants are well mannered, polite and thoughtful. I could not be more pleased with the whole process. Truly thankful I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone."
