"He showed up promptly at 8 am. Came in, took a look at the water damage, and the drain hole in the balcony. He provoded me with some insight on how the works usually go and what to expect. "Response was quick. I received and responded to a text which delayed communication a bit but when I sent an email with the dimensions of the window and a picture of what needed to be fixed, they responded quickly. The price was above what we can afford by now but at least they answered and considered the project. I reached out to 2 other vendors on another site and neither even returned any communication. Even though we didn't go with Gomez, the experience was positive."
