He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. The problem lied behind the drywall and Al told me what work was needed to investigate the issue and repair it. He walked me through the process and quoted me a fair cost for the job. Throughout the repair work he provided updates and what materials he needed to completed the work. Al provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant to talk to.
