We cannot write sufficient wonderful things about Eran and his crew. They built a superb full bathroom in our basement in a difficult spot (under the stairs one side, beams and metal poles in the way on the other).  There was no plumbing or venting and they made it work.  They had to break the concrete in order to install a proper pump and run all plumbing, access pipes by opening up walls, and run long venting. They repaired, patched, and repainted so perfectly.  They were professional, patient and true experts, assisting with layout, design, and detailing ideas the whole way through.  Our next future projects will be unquestionably assigned to them.  We surely intend to refer them to our neighbors, friends, and coworkers.

A kitchen and bath remodel can be a major upheaval in a home, so having an experienced and conscientious firm and crew is essential. Eran of Moriah Remodeling & Construction worked with us on the planning and made several suggestions that were helpful in laying out our new kitchen. All the workers were skilled and efficient. The entire project was completed in 1 month, which is exactly what Eran estimated. The few little changes we asked for and flaws we noticed were addressed and corrected without arguments or change orders.  Also important was that the house was cleaned up the work area every day, and followed COVID-19 protocols.  For price, Moriah Remodeling & Construction was very competitive, though not the cheapest. The operative word from our perspective is we received terrific value in materials, craftmanship, planning, organization of work, adherence to schedule, and safety.We highly recommend Moriah Remodeling & Construction and Eran.

Eran and his crew replaced the windows and French doors for both units in our home. It was a bigger job than it sounds like since it involved custom ordering windows and working with the window company, as well as patching and blending of stucco around the windows & doors.We chose Eran since he had completed a beautiful kitchen renovation for my in-laws. He scheduled a meeting quickly and gave us some very helpful advice about how to do the job while preserving the original art déco style of the building. His bid was very competitive and the final cost was within a couple of hundred dollars. He got the job done on time and his men worked very cleanly. They did a great job covering our furniture and paintings and kept all the construction dust and debris from leaving the work area. Our neighbors were similarly impressed with his work and they are hard to please since one of them works in the construction business. He was very easy to get a hold of during the construction process and was very accommodating of any questions or requests we had. I would recommend Eran to anyone looking for an honest and dependable contractor who does great work. I’ll definitely use him again on any projects we need in the future.

What a great experience! Eran, Guliano and their crew were extremely professional, and we were thrilled with the work performed. We moved into our home in a few months ago and immediately started work on remodeling our kitchen, bedrooms, and master bathroom. We interviewed at least 7 other companies and we know that we did the right choice with Moriah Remodeling & Construction. Their level of communication, cleanliness and attention to detail are what put them over the top. We felt that the entire process was fantastic and we would definitely use them again - and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable team in the Bay Area.

We live in Los Angeles County and our bathrooms plumbing was old and bad and it had to be gutted out. Ultimately, we had to do a complete bathroom renovation, so we decided to remodel all of them. originally,we were working with a contractor that was recommended by a friend and who came out to be a contractor from ****. We fired him and we started searching for a different one. We spoke with at least 4 different ones and all of them except Moriah Remodeling & Construction tried to rip us off, basically. The price point difference among these contractors ranged from 10,000 to 15,000. Moriah Remodeling & Construction gave us the fairest quote. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we did. There were some unavoidable hiccups (like inspection delay by the City) but it was smooth from start to finish. Eran was very responsive and there were no hidden charges while everything was specified in a clear way, and we knew exactly where each money was going. The working team was thorough, skillful, and most importantly, very trustworthy.  

Eran and the excellent crew at Moriah Remodeling & Construction did a fantastic job in our remodeling project that included the gut of the existing kitchen and all the bathrooms and rebuild them from the ground up. We purchased our home in 2021 and it was a complete mess. The condition of the home was bad; The roof has been 20+ years old, water came down the interior walls, the electrical was old and not to current code, no heat or hot water, the plumbing was in need of an overhaul, and the place had a number of other major issues. Eran gave us a very competitive bid to do the complete remodel. Once he and his crew started, they got to work quickly, were efficient, and did a very high quality job. We can’t say enough great things about him and his crew; they became a part of our family.To anyone who needs a true contractor, feel free to take our advice and hire them! We honestly don’t see how people could have any issues with Eran and his crew. They were the best.

With my interior architect and designer career, I can confidently say that their quality of work and attention to details are great! Eran and his team were professional, attentive and respectful of our property. Eran always made sure site is clean before they leave the house. We found some unexpected surprises (like you would in any renovation and/addition project) but he showed resilience and solved all the problems to our satisfaction and kept moving the project forward. We highly recommend him and would definitely ask for his help for any future project.

Guliano renovated our home in Los Angeles County and they did an awesome work by remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms. After the remodeling was completed… we had heavy rain a few weeks ago, and we found that there was also an issue with our roof (the original roof) that had caused leakage and water damage to our kitchen and bathrooms ceilings. When we called Guliano, he came out immediately and he and his team fixed it that same week. He is true to his word and does solid work. We would work with him again anytime and highly recommend to others.

Eran and his crew remodeled our house that was really old and outdated. He suggested configurations that I would have never known was possible. The house came out beautifully. Eran kept me updated every step of the way, which I appreciated. When I wasn’t entirely happy about the outcome of something, Eran and his crew would try to make it right. I would definitely recommend Eran and his crew to remodel another project for me in the future.

We just completed our remodel with Moriah Remodeling & Construction and are walking away happy customers and deeply conscious of the heart they put into our home and project. For context, this was a mid-sized remodel of 2 bathrooms, 1 bar, 2 fireplaces, 1 mudroom and recessed lighting throughout the house. This is also our forever home, so quality of work was of utmost importance. This project spanned over 5-6 months. Timing was really driven by us and delays in materials due to the pandemic or changing our minds. There were no delays on FVR’s side. I had the joy of working with Eran, our Project Manager, Guliano. When they say customer service and communication are at the center of their values and goals as a company, I do agree. In terms of customer service, this was always at the center of the project. If it mattered enough to me, Eran and team would make things happen no matter how small or large. Of course, with all projects with numerous parties, there are competing incentives, but I always felt like we settled at a fair compromise and making me happy was the most essential goal of them all. This means a lot to me because over the course of the project we discussed things from them helping me with a surprise water leak from a faulty gutter (not their fault) to me literally marking areas where I wanted even the smallest corner re-grouted and they fulfilled their promise. In terms of communication, they are also top-notch. A key reason why I chose Moriah Remodeling & Construction over other companies was my first meeting with Eran. He is a straight shooter and always sticks to his word. This is an art. Eran always set clear and realistic expectation upfront on what would delay us or add costs to the project. If he agreed, he would fix something he would. Eran and his team were also very possible and quick to communicate via chat or phone. I always felt very supported because they always made themselves possible. Remodeling your home is an emotional journey, so this is extremely important. Lastly, I would also say that I walked away feeling like working with a team with “heart.” Eran and the team became people I enjoyed seeing and interacting with regularly. They are very professional and know that their job is not simply to remodel a house, but that their job is to create a home for a family. I don’t know of a more important calling than this. I worked with Eran in our home remodel. We added 700 sq ft and basically changed the entire layout of the original floor plan. Throughout all of this, Eran was able to help me make crucial decisions by explaining the pros and cons of many of my options. He built very high expectations during his presentation. Even though there were many issues caused by Covid,  his crew did a fantastic job in my house, The attention to detail taken by his crew is unmatched. He was willing to work with me on new ideas that I had randomly researched. As with any massive construction project, there are always unexpected costs and complications, but his team made it easy to adjust the final plans. My main highlight is the service we received, from first steps of design and shopping all the way to cleaning the entire house in the end. You can easily see that Eran & his crew been doing it for a very long time. It’s going to take a while as we need a huge rest from this project but we will definitely work with Moriah Remodeling & Construction in the future... Thank you for entire Moriah Remodeling & Construction team!!

I am currently working this company and although the renovation isn’t done yet, I had to come here and leave this honest review so others can protect themselves from working Moriah. This is our first remodel and we trusted Moriah, specifically a contractor named Eran Saida to not take advantage of us. We needed to get our bathroom and master bedroom remodeled after a flooding. We told Eran everything we wanted done and after seeing the scope of the work, said it wouldn’t be a problem and he could get it done in 3 weeks. (This turned out to be closer to 3 months btw!) In addition there were one or two small projects outside of the bedroom that we mentioned were important to us that we wanted him to address. Specifically a dry wall repair in our laundry room. When we showed it to Eran, he saw the small work required to get the job done and said he’s team would work on it at no additional expense. Eran than presented us with a contract immediately. We wanted more time to look it over but he pressured us into signing right away and that we could later add anything that was missing. This was a massive mistake, and one a more seasoned renovator might spot as a red flag. however we agreed to sign the contract based on our conversations with Eran, who won over our trust. As you can probably guess, those two or three small projects Eran said he would “take care of” never got done. Now, 3 months laster, the project still isn’t complete, and we’re asking for an update on those verbal promises and ALL OF A SUDDEN ERAN HAS NO MEMORY of every promising us anything. Now, he insisting that in order to get those small projects done, it’s going to cost thousands of dollars!!! This is in addition to months of terrible communication! We never know who to talk to. They hardly every updated our online portal or calendar, so we never knew when workers would be arriving or have any expectation as to when the project would be done, AND at one point they “misplaced” our flooring and insisted that we pay another $5,000 for something we already purchased. We had to provide bank statements just to prove we already bought the flooring. It wasn’t until after we provided proof that ALL OF A SUDDEN they found copies of our receipts. And this is the kind consistent shadiness that has completely tarnished our relationship with Moriah. Now I will say, the workers have done a fantastic on with our bedroom and bathroom. This review is in no way a reflection on the quality of the remodel, but it more so is a cautionary tale about the way this company is managed. If you choose to work with Moriah, although I don’t recommend it, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Seriously, EVERYTHING! Never trust anything someone verbally says to you (especially Eran), and don’t depend on the online portal to give you any information other than the money you owe. Like I said, this was our first remodel and unfortunately we had to learn these lessons the hard way. What once was a very exciting renovation had turned into an absolutely nightmare that I don’t wish on anyone. If you’re reading this and are in need of a remodel, I would highly recommend getting quotes from other companies in the area.

Pros: Courteous representatives. The only reason they did not get a F! Cons: i) Came out twice, second visit waited about 90 minutes for estimator to arrive. ii) Never provided a written estimate, despite me following up for it.

Moriah Remodeling & Construction recently remodeled my basement and I really like what they did. They were completely honest from start to the last day of the project. There were also some issue but they were able to finish within promised time and within promised price. Very trustworthy contractor!

I went with Moriah Remodeling and Construction on my garage remodel. I decided to go with them because their price was very competitive, they were available in acceptable time and their answer was quick and very detailed. Roy and his team shoved up on time, were professional, quick and efficient. They worked hard every day and also cleaned working area at the end of every working day. The project went smooth and was finished on time. The price was fair and with no extra costs, very honest contractor. At the end, the most important my garage turned out great. When i needed to remodel my house in Commerce i had a few contractors come by and give me a quote. Eran from Moriah Remodeling stood out the most with his quote and promises. He delivered on them and turned my house into a beautiful new home. Their work was very good and I’m a perfectionist too. I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t well done. Eran is a great guy who i will definitely be working with in the future. I’d highly recommend him and Moriah Remodeling & Construction. You’ll be glad you did!

Eran, President of PAY Creation & Design, personally was very active thru the process from initial estimate thru completion.  His engineering background was beneficial in the planning for the structural changes.  He was always available by cell phone or returned my call within a day.  He had other accessibility projects and shared pictures for ideas since I was not sure exactly what I wanted.  They accommodated my minor changes as requested during the construction.
The work crews that came for each phase were very polite and hardworking, the project lead was also available by cell phone as needed.  All punch-list items were immediately resolved to my satisfaction.
They provided simple financing thru a third-party which allowed us to start the remodel immediately.
Overall all work was done in about 1 month and in a professional and courteous manner.

Pay cration Design kept me well-informed and all the processes they were going to do to remodel my bathroom the work was done in a clean and timely manner... The work they do is very professional high-quality and I would recommend them for bigger jobs ... When I have enough money to remodel my kitchen I have no problem calling them back up to come to do the work and I highly recommend Pay creation design...

We called PAY Creation and Design to come and give us an estimate for our
kitchen. We got estimate from two other
companies, but they seemed a better fit for us. Since we didn't know
what we really wanted, we needed someone who could help us with the
design, style and materials. Eran, the owner, (and yes they don't send only a salesman the owner is there too....!) which by the
way is a very enthusiastic fellow, was exactly what we hoped for. Very
knowledgeable and professional. The crews that came were nice and hard
working. Everything went as planned and all was done in a timely
manner. we had a great time. good vibe.

,I was contacted by phone to do the reno work at a discount since this company was working in the area. The materials were an upgrade, and I was impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the President/CEO Eran Saida as he described what he could accomplish within my budget. He showed me several samples of his company's work from their website, including testimonials. He was patient in explaining from an engineering perspective why certain upgrades were required to meet current codes. The work was done over approx. 4 weeks and accomplished to my satisfaction, a beautiful job! Workmen were friendly and neat. Adjustments and touch-ups were cheerfully done. I had many questions and Mr. Saida was available to answer them. This company offered/provided financing for the construction.
