They cancelled my appt and I have an event at my home tomorrow. I can’t believe a company would cancel last minute like this. We had a whole back and forth conversation and already confirmed the appt when we made it last week. I have a newborn baby and don’t have time to be checking my texts multiple times a day. They sent me a text yesterday morning letting me know that they require confirmation within 24 hours. This was 2 hours before the 24 hour mark. They basically set me up to fail with that one.
