Mattress Discounters

I was helped by a wonderful sales person named Nick Ross. The staff at Mattress Discounters have assisted many survivors of the San Bruno PG&E fire, so they understand very well that shoppers are helped a lot if they get a written quote to submit to home owners insurance first, and that I cannot buy a bed yet. I don't have anywhere to put my bed because my condo was damaged in a flood, but I will probably buy the bed in the next 30 to 60 days. They even have enough experience dealing with insurance companies to have a rough idea in mind what the insurance may be willing to pay toward your new mattress set, and that you may or may not want to pay the difference to upgrade your new bed. Also great is that Mattress Discounters has a huge selection, low pressure from staff, and no pressure to spend more than you want to. Nick even said I should try every bed I cared to, because sometimes the bed you think you want is not actually your best fit. When I told him I like a medium firm to firm bed he helped me find those with ease. Other sales people there seemed to be working this same great way with other shoppers too. They will even leave you completely alone if you prefer. I think the mattresses may be a little more expensive than buying from overstock.com, but probably because the internet seller has no overhead costs for a show room and sales staff. However considering the wonderful service I received here, I plan to buy my bed here soon.
