"I had Jose and J Marble out to our house over a month ago now. We needed the kitchen floor cleaned and all the grout cleaned and filled in/replaced where needed. For the most part, they did a good job in cleaning the floor, that said, a few days later, on closer inspection there were two spots that they missed. The grout, which I was more excited for, was horrible. There are still numerous places that don't have grout or the grout is severely discolored and needed to be replaced. I have e-mailed Jose 5 times since then to have him come back a take a look to see how we can get it finished and he has not answered me even one time. Be very careful when working with him and QCC their work closely before paying him. I will not use them again."

"Mario was excellent. I called him on short notice one day and he was able to come the same day. My Golden Retreiver Lab mix puppy in training used all the space in my 2 bed Carpet apartment. Not a pretty scene. He got out ALL the stains almost entirely (1 that was sunken to deep in, understandable since there were almost about 10 urine stains). The carpet looked brand new after he was done and the rooms smelled amazing. He used a special spray along with carpet cleaning steam machine and there was no residue of the stains and no foul smell which was terrible before. I was really impressed with Mario's work. I will definitely contact him again in the future when I need him."

"I had a kitchen floor with 20 year old linoleum that had water damage on it. When the flooring was replaced after the leak, the wood subfloor beneath it was not repaired, and so it rotted away. It had become so soft I actually was able to push my finger through it at one point and make a hole through the linoleum on the floor and the wood below. I explained this to Juan who came to give me an estimate and he said it would be no problem to repair the floor. I also wanted to replace the old white linoleum with woodgrain vinyl plank flooring. He showed me some samples and we landed on one that I liked. He quoted me a very decent price for the kitchen, and later I decided to do the bathroom as well, so it would match the kitchen. The day of the installation, his crew arrived within five minutes of the time quoted. They were friendly fast and knowledgeable as they replaced the rotted wood and fixed some squeaks that were in the joists. They were careful and accurate in laying the new plank flooring in both the kitchen and the bathroom. After the job was done, I looked at it and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It makes the house look new again! Thanks again to Juan and his team of installers! I would highly recommend them to anyone."
