I got a mediocre clean and my floors were destroyed. One of the girls took a brillio pad to our newly refinished floors! She wanted to get up some spots. With an abrasive pad?! Who does that?! I'm not a professional cleaner and even I know that. The company was very difficult to deal with. Carrie was rude and unapologetic. I had my husband deal with them because he has more patience than I. In the end they cut us a check to get the floors redone but refused to refund our bill or compensate us, even a little, for having to move out of the house with our infant while the floors are redone. If you think you're getting more by paying more think again. I've since hired a lovely woman to clean. She does more than Green Cleans 2 women did in the same amount of time and didn't destroy anything. I do not recommend this company.
