"It went very well.  I contacted him initially in late November.  He was busy and so was I so we scheduled the work for 12/28.  That day he called early to tell me he would be a little late.  He arrived and went right to work.  He tore off our old wallpaper and removed the under layer.  Then he applied a coat of plaster to the entire wall.  He applied it very smoothly so there was no waste and little sanding needed.  He had us put a heater and fan blowing on the wall to dry it thoroughly.  He came back the next day and sanded the wall.  That only took about an hour.
He was thorough, quick and efficient.  I was happy with the work and would definitely recommend him to others.

"They did a good job. Tom, the owner, came out, listened to what I wanted and gave me a bid. Talked to others but picked him because he could start the soonest and had a really good price. The paint crew showed up when expected, did a good job of removing dry rot and repairing or replacing boards that needed it. Also scraped off the blisters and any peeling paint they found. Also had them paint the front door. Four day job because it was too hot to work in the afternoon. A day or so after they finished I found a small area of dry rot they missed and another small issue. Called Tom and he had one of the original crew out the next day to take care of it. One thing, Tom just gave me a verbal bid. Didn't actually do the contract until they finished but his word was good. No games."

"I am overall unhappy with the final job. Lots of touch up left for me. I just am Not a fan of Spray jobs. I have lots of leaves painted that when touched reveal unpainted surface. My T-1-11 groves all need to be hit with a brush... I have to repaint lots of nail holes inside and out. Lots of scrubing the wood floors and cabinets to remove overspray. I asked and showed the primer and paint to them for the bid but the primer step was skipped and that made the paint not go as far or cover as well. Too late after. The customer should be listened to. Not told the paint has primer."

I have 4 rooms with LOTS of wallpaper, even wallpaper on the ceiling (who does that?) and they removed it all in one day! "During the process of removing the acoustic ceiling they took down all the ceiling fixtures. When they put them back they were in the wrong place. A ceiling fan was not reinstalled at all and a bathroom fixture put in its place with no fixture now in the bathroom. this should have been a clue that something was wrong. I contacted the provider but failed to get a call back. Now I have to hire an electrician to complete the job correctly.
