"We had a issue with our shower and regulating the hot water. We had Kevin put in a new handle and cartridge system. Kevin did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards. Would hire again."

"It worked out pretty good. It wasn't bad. I think they applied the coupon that I had. It was clean. The workers were good and professional. Everything was good. I would use them again but I ended up finding somebody that I like better. If that other company wasn't available, I would probably give them a call."

"I set an appointment with Albano's Plumbing & Drain for Friday which made it easy for me and the guy was right on time, pulled the trap apart and fixed it. They were really good. They answered the phone and they were very professional, they told me when they could be there and when they couldn't, they gave me a choice of when they could come, the guy who came over was nice and clean and he did a really good job. I was very happy. He removed the sink, fixed it, put everything back, cleaned up and he was done."

He took the time to explain how he would locate the line, clearly identified the problem, and walked me through the repair options without any pressure. His knowledge and professionalism immediately gave me confidence. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What really stood out was how respectful and personable Jonathan was. He treated my home with care, cleaned up thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything that was done.
