I called Mr. Rooter in Long Beach at 8:10 AM and asked if they had someone who could come by. Within one hour Shai and his trainee Grant were at my door. While Shai worked clearing the clog while Grant did a thorough check of all my plumbing inside and out. I was very impressed with the work and even more impressed with their attention to detail. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots.
