I contacted Rock Steady for a quote for Spring repair late in the day after I came home from work. Robert immediately called and said he could come to my residence within a half hour. and do the repair. I was amazed and so grateful. He installed new springs, rollers and replaced a fractured hinge. My garage door is 19 years old and never had any maintenance. Robert was professional, did the job efficiently and the cost was within the range of the other quotes I received.. I highly recommend him.

He replaced the broken spring on my old garage door (and a central bearing that was missing from the original install) in less than hour and charged lower than any of the other shops that I contacted. Robert was very knowledgeable in his work field and gave me a good price for what I got. I had him install Liftmaster Model 85503 Belt-Drive with Camera, new garage rollers and an additional spring for my garage since I only had one but the garage door needed two. The process was about maybe an hour and half. I got everything working again. Thank you and I would use his services again in the future.

He came next day (I requested late last night) and fixed the problem quickly. I was worried that he would not have the parts needed to fix it being it was an OLD door opener. But he had all the parts.

Robert does a very good Job... I thought myself will replace the whole garage door, but he honestly said he can replaced a new 2 coil springs, 10 rollers & 2 cable wires. It saves me a lot of money.
