The windows actually arrived sooner than expected. Quality 5/5 - The installation team laid down blankets before starting any work. They removed the old windows without damaging the surrounding wall. They were well experienced such that they identified the doors delivered were 3 inches short (Home Depot's fault) and worked with Home Depot to get new ones delivered and reinstalled them in quick time. They were kind, well mannered and wonderful human beings to work with :)"
