We had to fight every step of the way sharing photos of poor workmanship and sending text messages asking when they would be back to complete the work or come out to do the repairs. Communication was absolutely terrible. The crew did NOT know what they were to do when they arrived. Quality of work was horrible and their mission statement is not true… “We understand the importance of trust and transparency in the home renovation process. That’s why we make it our mission to provide comprehensive education and clear communication throughout every project…That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients”. We have paint drips all over our cedar siding and hardscape. It took over 6 months to complete our job. We will need to find another company to repair the items they did not do correctly.
