He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"

We got 4 companies to come and give us a quote.  Two of them were cheaper but they seemed as puzzled as we were about what to do and could not guarantee from future problems. The other company suggested rebuilding the entire deck and was way out of budget. coupon offer.  Even though they were quite far away, they honored the
offer and did a great job.  While they were there they gave me an
estimate on a leak I had in my finished basement.  They did a very
professional job on that -- so good that I had them come back again and
do a small remodel and install a washer and dryer in the house.  Even
though there were a few hiccups towards the end of that job with some
finishing, Action was very responsive and fixed everything to my
satisfaction, so much so that I hired them again in August to do some
major remodeling to rehab a garden shed into a home office.  They did an
A+ job on that, we are thrilled with the result, and would not hesitate
to hire them again.
