THE HISTORY BEHIND THE BUSINESS Ramona's Son Services, Inc. initiated its name through the matriarch of the Gonzalez Family, Ramona Infante. She raised ten children exemplifying great work ethics, such as honesty, loyalty, and the desire to help others. Since 2004, my brother gained experience in gardening, it was until 2009 that we expanded and created a family operated business. In 2015, we decided to invest in more equipment and education. I (Alex Gonzalez)spend 6 yrs in college learning English while Assimilating with cultures and adapting to any challenges. By 2018, we created Ramona's sons landscaping and services and, working with HOMEADVISOR, we succeeded so fast. In 2019, we created Ramona's Son Services Inc. I’m a very satisfied customer! Alex and his crew came highly recommended by one of my patients—and now I completely understand why. This was a true word-of-mouth referral that delivered beyond expectations. In just one day, Alex and his team cleaned up both the front and backyard, removed tree stumps, and even repaired and redirected my broken sprinklers to prevent leaks onto my property. I was genuinely impressed by how fast and efficiently they worked. Alex is reliable, punctual, and keeps his word. He’s also incredibly patient and knowledgeable when it comes to landscaping, plant selection, and irrigation ideas. I’m absolutely continuing my services with Ramona’s son!

Within 2 hours of posting my job, Alex from Ramona & Sons arrived at my house. He did a very detailed evaluation of our sprinkler system and gave us a quote before he left. He returned after the weekend and completed the job. He did an excellent job!! He even replaced our outdoor lighting which I posted separately! I highly recommend him and his family owned company. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars, I would!

If you are on the fence about hiring Alex, don?t be. He is simply THE BEST. Alex answered his phone when I called, showed up on time and provided a reasonable quote. We arranged for him to do the sprinkler repair/supplementation as well as update the timer system. Alex went over and above on all ways. He noticed a spot in he basement (covered by a vent) and took the time to block the access point for mice - this was after he was paid and ready to leave.
Our project included updating 10 sprinkler heads, adding 4 new heads and 2 water diversions for a raised planter and a privacy hedge. He also upgraded and moved the timer. All of this work was completed in 5 hours or so.

Alex initially updated our sprinkler system. Since we received such excellent Customer Service from him / Ramona Son Services, there was no doubt who to call when our Sprinkler Timer went out earlier this month due to a power outage. Alex is always prompt, courteous, professional and kind. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable, not only with sprinkler systems, but also with plant issues. When I inquired about an issue with a somewhat new plant not thriving, he explained what the issue was and added more fertilized soil (without us asking him to do so). Excellent Customer Service.

I feel very fortunate to have connected with Alex for this job. He had all the tool and parts to complete the work. Often repair people must go out to buy parts, but Alex had everything in his truck. The new sprinkler controller was Wi-Fi and was a bit complicated to use. Alex took plenty of time making sure I got the app on my phone, and teaching me how to use it. He was patient, considerate, thorough, and friendly. I could not have asked for anyone better..

Alex from Ramonas Son Services did a great job repairing my leaking sprinkler system and install new valves and piping manifold for my front lawn. He made a difficult job look easy. In addition he trouble shooted a wiring connection that I was having trouble with and fixed that as well. Definitely a 5 Star Review.
