"We had 5 companies bid for this job. Jesse B. from Joe's Paving took the time to listen to what we wanted and did a great job explaining the scope of the work required. The project was a long narrow driveway shared with two other neighbors. We had to do a combination of concrete and asphalt because of the grade in the drive. They coordinated each section well and worked ahead of schedule. Jesse also helped arrange delivery and installation of rocks for ground cover near the asphalt around our house. "It is hard to find a team that is well managed. Kameron is a great manager of his team. He is a strong leader and his business has great communication. He is also very knowledgable and has great resources that help him be creative in his projects. He took on a very challenging home drainage issue I had that required putting perimeter drainage around two sides of my house. I had a leaking basement and a home that a very difficult rock in the depths of the earth. The project needed to be modified to meet the unique needs of ground conditions and Kameron and his team worked with the challenges and I appreciated the work they did very much."

My planting beds were cleaned out, weed barrier installed and new succulents planted. They worked with me on design and planting. They also re-installed stairs to allow access into my canyon lot. Finally they installed a retaining wall to support my mature sycamore tree that is on a slope and also terraced above the tree on the slope. The workmen were efficient and friendly. He sharpened his pencil to meet a competing bidder who did not inspire confidence, and his bid was almost a third of another bidder who came in with lots of bells and whistles. He and his crew showed up timely for the work, and were very friendly, courteous and professional. When an unforeseen issue arose, Mike didn't seek additional compensation, although I increased it voluntarily as it was a shared oversight. After a recent, less than satisfactory experience with another contractor, Mike was a breath of fresh air, and I highly recommend his services."
