Joe's paving was professional, performed the work in a timely manner. They were competitive with other companies

Aggressive & rude workers will harass you ! While working in our building complex .. these workers failed to provide anyone directing traffic or blocking their area of work . Therefore , as i continued to my driveway .. I was met by three men yelling inappropriate words & raising their hands in a harassing way towards me in order for me to stop when they could of easily been more professional about it. The man running the job named Ivan was even ruder mentioning he didn’t care about his attitude when it was their obligation to direct or block traffic in their area. I will mention to my HOA to never recommend this company to any one . Nightmare of workers to to deal with . Picture for reference so you could see Ivan barely putting a sign up after him & his staff verbally attacked me for trying to get into my house.

I appreciated the professionalism of the estimator and the crew. When I was not completely happy with the way one area turned out, they came back out and improved it. I will use Joe's Paving again

There rep came out to gather info and give me an estimate after two days. I then called him after the two days was over and left a message. But I never heard from him again.

Jesse responded quickly when I had told Angie’s list that I was looking for somebody to redo my asphalt. He came around and looked at what needed to be done and immediately advised me that asphalt as old as ours would need to be completely replaced. He took time out to explain why, and what would be needed. He listened carefully to just what we needed and the additional work/expansion that was required. Within a day he had sent a very professional estimate. Meanwhile other recommended contractors had only considered resurfacing rather than redoing. Although interestingly the costs were comparable. At this stage I did a lot of research and realized that redoing was definitely the way to go for a long-term fix. Jesse convinced me that Joe’s was a very professional organization and included a guarantee. We agreed on a time and when Junior and his crew came I saw that they fully lived up to the professional description. They worked quickly and well, and it was fascinating to watch the large, sophisticated equipment come in and remove the old asphalt, and then compress, build out and lay the new asphalt. I was impressed with how many times they compressed and re-did all the different layers and effort that went into making sure that this was a solid undertaking. When they finished they did a very good cleanup job.

We had 5 companies bid for this job. Jesse B. from Joe's Paving took the time to listen to what we wanted and did a great job explaining the scope of the work required. The project was a long narrow driveway shared with two other neighbors. We had to do a combination of concrete and asphalt because of the grade in the drive. They coordinated each section well and worked ahead of schedule. Jesse also helped arrange delivery and installation of rocks for ground cover near the asphalt around our house. Crew was courteous and professional. Thank You Joe’s Paving!

They were not my cheapest quote, but they were considerably less than my most expensive quote. The estimator gave me confidence that the job would be done correctly. He was very thorough, and made sure he understood all the details of the job. The crew came out and knocked the job out in one day. They even fixed a part of my driveway that was not part of the original quote for free. I am very happy with the final product and the service provided by Joe's Paving.

Joes paving was the lowest of the 3 bids. They did the job on time, on budget, and did an excellent job. They were a pleasure  to work with and handled the numerous little glitches that arose with easy. Overall they were efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

It was a very challenging job, we had a very steep hill with a crumbling road and several of the other contractors declined even bidding on it.  We had drainage problems and the road was so bad it had to be replaced, an overlay would not work. We obtained a lot of estimates and after talking with Joe's paving it was clear these guys knew what they were talking about. Joe's bid wasn't the cheapest at first glance but when we saw his bid included 3" thick of asphalt, not 1.5" like the others, included the grading that needed and included a seal coat, his estimate was clearly the "best value" and would give the best and longest lasting  results.   The fact that he had his own equipment and  had done difficult jobs like ours was a comfort. 
  This was a community road with 8 homeowners, all with different opinions about how it should be done.    Sean,  the owner personally came out to speak to all the homeowners and explain the process and made some changes to accommodate each of us. It  took us some time to coordinate everyone's schedule and Joe's paving was excellent to deal with every step of the way.   They showed up on time with a full crew of guys.  He knew we had 8 homeowner's who needed access to their homes and so they worked late to finish the entire job in 2 days, other contractors were quoting 4 and 5 days.  After day 1 we walked the road with the site foreman and made a few changes which they accommodated at no charge!
The results are fantastic, all the homeowners were happy with the results, they were really a pleasure to work with and I would use them again in a heartbeat.  If you like value, quality and professionalism, you will love them.

My overall experience with them was fine. Everything went well with them. Their price was okay. Their quality seemed okay. The people who came out to do the work were nice. They were good. Their quality was good. They were here on time. They did what they said they would do.
