"The work completed was of the highest quality. Danny, the owner of DM Building, is a fair and honest business owner, and very responsive. He has a very skilled group of people and they did a great job from start to finish. Our foreman, Scott, who treated the project like it was his own home, provided excellent guidance and help throughout the remodel. The attention to detail was impressive and suggestions were made along the way which made the house even better. Most of the workers are employees which helps in scheduling work. We did work with some contractors recommended and managed by DM Building for kitchen and laundry cabinets, as well as tiling and flooring--and they were professional and did excellent work. In my case, I had never done a remodel and my husband was the main contact in initiating the work. Unfortunately, he died when we were in the middle of the rebuild. Danny, Scott and his crew were very supportive and helped me through the remodel, over and above my expectations, accommodating additional changes and working with me to get everything completed. "Woolsey was contracted to build a small addition to our single story home in Chula Vista. We needed to re-roof anyway so we decided this was the right time to add a master bathroom. Staff at Woolsey were very professional and easy to communicate with. We were fortunate to be able to connect with project manager, Seth, on an as needed basis via phone call or text message Questions were always addressed promptly and with attention to detail. Leah and the office staff took time to answer billing and contract questions. Work was completed June-October of 2018. The only minor complaint would be that very little work was completed in August 2018 due to a staff shortage. We wish there had been more communication about that delay. However, we are very happy with the completed project. Minor adjustments were needed to a few things after the project was complete and Woolsey was prompt to respond and fix those issues.show more
