"DM building provided excellent customer service from the very beginning...I was blown away because before we found DM Building we had several contractors in our home for various projects and when we found DM Building I was so relieved because they DO EVERYTHING, I never had to make another phone call for our entire remodel process; as a mother of four I can't tell you how much this meant to me!! It was all completed in a timely manner, they kept me informed of what is going on each day, they showed up on time and do amazing work, plus...their staff in always professional and polite! In fact we recommend them all the time! We had mold in one of our bathrooms when we moved into our home and they were here to remove it within 48 hours, re-did the entire bathroom and we had them back to do our downstairs bathroom and we hope to have then back soon for our master bath."

The nucave crew and even the subcontractors were similarly friendly; they showed up on time every day, worked hard, and cleaned up when the left. The only reason for a B rather than an A rating was that there was a bit of a SNAFU during the layout work at the beginning that led to a portion of the deck not being positioned exactly how I had wanted it, but Ryan was able to work with me to mostly resolve it and the project continued smoothly from that point forward. I would work with Ryan and Nucave again."
