When we decided to update and refresh our condo in the Marina District, we got bids from several contractors. We felt that Luis, from R. M. Design, best understood our vision, his bid was reasonable, and his timeframe for starting the work coincided with our schedule. We very much appreciated that throughout the process Luis listened to our ideas while also giving us his expert advice. We know what we like, but he has a good eye and lots of experience. We know that his input and suggestions greatly improved the outcome of our project. We have always loved our place, but now we love it so much more. Also, Luis and his crew worked very well with our HOA association which has several rules and regulations regarding contractors and improvements. We had no complaints from the HOA nor our neighbors. That was much appreciated by us.

The crew did an amazing job. I had a lot of mold in the bathroom (1960’s Clairemont home) and it was stripped and completely redone and now it’s our favorite bathroom. The garage zero insulation and it was completely finished and a lot more appealing. Kitchen was upgraded (cabinets, flooring, countertops). A++ I’ll be using them again for our master room addition as soon as we get the money together.

Robert is extremely competent as a general contractor. The difference between Robert and others and I have worked with a lot of them in my time. He knows all the right competent subcontractors that has worked with for years. He is also very good dealing with city permit inspectors and the like. All in all he always followed my drawings to the letter or as close as possible and got the job done in a timely manner.

Exceptionally well , very professional, All phases of construction were on budget And on time with skilled Labor . Very Happy with The completion of my Project. I would definitely Recommend 👍🏽
