This is a minisplit, not central air. Good job but too expensive for just a drainage pump. Competitors charge the same.but still it seems out of line. I suppose a handyman could do the same for less, I didn't think of pricing that.

Prompt, respectful notification and information prior to, during and post-service. Thorough A/C evaluation and follow up. Very happy with service of Clima. owner and technicians.

At the moment I called, they picked up the job on the same day that I couldn't have confirmation of service from another vendor. They were on time and performed properly.

I am in the home improvement, property management, renovation business. My other HVAC contacts (unavailable for this job) says that if they were replacing the Motor, the cost was reasonable, but to replace the condenser (a small part that looks like a car ignition coil) for $485 was a whole lot excessive. Their repair worked, in the heat wave, so I'm satisfied with their repair, but its their pricing that's questionable.

All went extremely well with this project. Workers did excellent job, explained everything and were very careful and considerate.

Omar was very patient in answering my many questions regarding equipment for my project. They were on time for all scheduled appointments and completed what was discussed. I wish this business very good success as they deserve it! Final gold stars to be given when all inspections are passedð

Omar gave advise and even tried to coach me to do the work myself, but I wanted the duct work sealed professionally so no kitchen fumes or smoke would leak. Ryan took his time and did an excellent job my satidfaction.

They put a damper in our A/C duct to lessen noise. They obviously knew their stuff.

Came in and diagnosed the issue almost immediately. Fix the problem and then discussed any additional areas of future concern.

They responded right away and were professional and followed all CDC guidelines.

Ryan was terrific. He assessed the heater problem and addressed it promptly.

This company was awesome! The ONLY of many that called that came out same day for a very minor installation of a thermostat & we hired them to replace our heating AND a/c that we had been putting off for months. They worked with our budget & made it happen! We will use them for all HVAC needs.
