David and Efrain did an amazing job converting our oversized 2 car garage into a one bedroom apartment. They were very attentive, cost conscious and efficient! They were on hand monitoring the subcontractors and making sure the job was done correctly. They did a great job and we are very gratefully for their hard work!

Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy.
