"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. I highly recommend DM Building, and would be happy to discuss their work further with anyone who is looking for a custom home builder or looking to embark on a large remodel project. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. "Nucave Construction remodeled my house and it looks great. They did roofing, flooring, interior and exterior paint, windows, wood repair/replacememt, lighting, cabinets and lots of handyman type of things for me. The crew always showed up on time and worked hard all day. Everyone speaks fluent English and are very cordial and professional. Ryan, the owner is very knowledgeable and has quite the eye for design. A custom closet with drawers was built in a room that had none and you would never know it wasn't originally built with the house. Based on Nucave's professionalism, attention to detail and fair pricing I would highly recommend them for your home project."

He was very knowledgeable, and made good suggestions on how to coordinate his job in the midst of a roof replacement.  Brian Thiessen, Operations Manager, managed the on-site work, and did an outstanding job, especially handling unexpected situations.  He reviewed each stage of the work, and was never satisfied until everything was accomplish to my satisfaction. The job foreman, Mike, was a super guy, who worked tirelessly to get the details done right. I highly recommend these guys for any type of construction and repair work.

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Marrokal did a whole house remodel for me. I am very pleased with the design and teamwork. I recently had a plumbing leak due to a stray stucco staple. It was fixed right away and the stucco repaired so nicely you would never know anything happened."
