"Lost our heat on a very cold late afternoon. Called 3 places. NRG was the only company that returned our call. Sent someone within an hour. Determined that our 28 year old unit needed to be replaced. Benjamin spent at least and hour on the phone to order the new unit and arranged to have it installed the next day, Thanks to all involved. "After checking around for someone to install a water heater I selected Martin Rooter mainly because of the price and because the owner, Martin Estrada, was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Estrada was accessible on the weekend and when I informed him on a Sunday evening that I had selected him to do the job, he promptly scheduled the installment of the water heater for the following day. I am very happy with the installation of my new water heater because Mr. Estrada did an excellent job and he also unplugged a clogged drain for me free of charge."

"I evaluated 5 bids for my rooftop PV installation: 4 local firms and one regional firm (NRG). I was very glad to have chosen NRG. Their bid was the cheapest by a significant margin. The site survey, design and installation process was quick and smooth, despite the tribulations of the ongoing COVID-19 threat. "I called James at 8:20 am Saturday morning. He said he had two others ahead of me but would be at my house at 1:00 pm. He called at 12:50 to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:55. What a pleasure to have someone show up on time, For the next 3+ hours, James worked on all three of my computers. The first computer had 6 viruses which were downloaded when we tried to download an internet game. James removed the viruses, showed me how to prevent this from happening in the future, and then correctly installed the internet game. IN addition, he updated all programs, removed unnecessary programs, and installed
new programs to improve the quality. Jim then did the same work on my other two computers, one of which was found to have 232 viruses.
I am not computer literate; therefore, I cannot recall the details of additional work James did on all 3 computers. All I know is the computers are running smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable.
I will use James in the future, and highly recommend him to others.

"While cleaning the gutters; he discovered that I had a drainage problem because the house builder did not install the gutters completely. And, he noticed that the leaves from my neighbor's trees were clogging another section of the gutters. He then cleaned the leaves from the gutters and solved a problem that I had with a foul odor coming through a downstairs's bathroom drain.

"Guy that came out said that it was an issue of the boiler not having enough water. He turned the valve to force water to it and and ended making a mess in my basement floor of black gunk water that I had to clean up. Idk if that was necessarily the issue, he said that’s all it was and nothing else needs to be done. He didn’t provide any type of explanation as to why it wasn’t getting enough water when turned on as this is something that should be self regulated, not something I should have to monitor anytime I turn my heat on. I won’t even necessarily know if this is the case and it’s fixed until fall rolls around again and we need heat, as it is now warming up. I hope that he was correct but quite pessimistic, and felt that a more thorough check should of been done."
