"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Before they got here, none of them opened from the top (had been painted closed). Most wouldn’t stay open without being propped open. There were major gaps where air was able to get in. Sash cords were disconnected and hanging all over the place. They even had to replace the glass on a couple windows. But when they were finished, everything opens smoothly from bottom AND top."

"We were told the windows would have exterior casing that would cover existing aluminum casing. The installers arrived, riped out all our windows and started installing. Half way through I went outside and noticed they just recess the window inside the old casing and no exterior Casing. Also, dented the old casing but I guess that is covered under their pricing agreement, they are not responsible for damages. Read the fine print before doing business with them. I called Michael and he came and looked and said he understood, he would talk to the owner. He called back hours later and said pay and they will finish the install or they will put a "mechanical lean" on our property. Worst company to deal with. No working with us to try to find a resolution. Just threats. I wouldnt use them again if they were the last windows company on the planet. I would rather do it myself."
