Very helpful and cost effective.

my thermostat went out a month ago, trying to get someone to come see what the problem is. the whole unit was installed approx 2 yrs ago.

sal the owner is so honest and steve the man came to do repair was great explained everything im so happy i found royal comfort they are the best they came in the rain to look at my furnance and installed new part the next day i highly recommend this company

The efficacy of their work was amazing. I called one day and the next they were there installing a whole unit. This was a great experience, the gentleman were very professional and courteous.

Sal & technician installed a furnace/air unit. They were on time, professional & expedient. There was a "whooshing" noise from the heater that concerned me so Sal sent his technician out & the technician went over the parts to the furnace, & showed me why I was hearing the noise. He adjusted the flame & although the noise didn''t entirely go away, it was obvious that it was no fault of the installers. I would recommend Royal Comfort to neighbors & friends.

Sal’s crew did a great job. They put in a new A/C and furnace system and replaced the old ductwork. The install took 2 days to complete and another few days to get the HERS testing done and the city to send out someone to inspect the work. All passed with no issues. My HVAC is now working great and has been brought up to to code. Thank you Royal Comfort A/C and Heating!

Sal and his team were professional. He reviewed my entire heating and air conditioning system and determined what was needed. Sal’s install people did a great job, their attention to detail, pride, and craftsmanship was great.

The work done was good, but I felt the price was high for the work that was done. God has given us the fairness and show the love for all in doing unto others as we want done unto us. I am thankful for the work.

Very fast. The heater and air conditioner were installed in one day. The installers were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience. Installed replacement AC in one day. Took out the old equipment and installed new furnace, ac units and new, redesigned duct work. Most of the contractors didn't want to pull permits, and wanted to sell me smaller, less efficient units for more money. Highly recommend Sal and his crew. We just had a few really hot days and we were very pleased.

Sal and his crew did a fantastic job. They put in a new A/C and furnace system and replaced old ductwork plus cut in two new supply outlets to add more ducts in rooms that needed them. I obtained five estimates from Home Advisor recommended companies to replace my 35 year old furnace, air conditioner and duct work. The company selected was Royal Comfort. The work was done in the specified time frame and passed the H.E.R.S test and Riverside Code inspection. Steve, the foreman, was professional, polite and experienced. The crew, consisting of Andrew, Josue and Chris, were competent and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with Royal Comfort owner, Sal Navarro, who listened to my concerns and followed through on every detail in our pre-contract signing conversations. One final positive comment - the employees were careful of and kind to my pets during the project AND cleaned the job site each afternoon before leaving, two considerations I greatly appreciated. Very rarely do I give five star review ratings, but Royal Comfort earned this rating with their efficiency and professionalism. Highest recommendation given.

Royal Comfort just installed new air conditioner & furnace at my house. The owner Sal took time to address each of my questions/ concerns and sent worker Steve and a helper to complete the job as he promised. The price was very reasonable. I have yet to find out how the air conditioning works, and if the energy efficiency of the units installed qualifies for utilities company rebates, as Sal affirmed they are.

They are a very profesional company . The price I was given was lower that I expected and the work was completed just when they said it would be. The work crew was highly trained and answered all my questons and concerns also very polite. I recomend Royal Comfort to anyone.
