Acme Sliding Door Repair

Great crew, very polite and extremely professional. They arrived on time and replaced the rollers on five sliding doors in just under an hour. The two sliding screen doors came the next day and the crew arrived on time and installed the sliding screen doors in less than 20 minutes. All-in-all, this was a great experience and the price was right. We had another company give us a bid for the same work and they wanted $2,000.00. I think Acme Sliding Door Repair is, by far, the best sliding door repair company in the Palm Springs and surrounding desert area.

I called and made an appointment to adjust my sliding glass door. The man on the phone said that he could be there the next day between
2:00 and 4:00.  I waited until 6:00 p.m.. He did not show up or give me a phone call to re-schedule the appointment.  Very poor service.

Was quoted $125 over the phone. Insisted on $150 upon arrival. Had. 2 young men do the job while he sati in car. Job was done well, but not happy about price vs quote.

They work now.

rCalled in mid October to receive an estimate on 4 patio doors and spacers between doors and screens. Don arrived on time for scheduled appointment and was very professional in his appraisal. The spacers are no longer available, but he felt they could get them to lie flat. Scheduled and appointment, crew of 3 arrrived on time and were very quick and efficient. All doors work better than ever have and the rescreening was done correctely. Will definately use them again

From the time I called this company to the time the repair work was actually completed all took less than 3 hours. This father and son duo were friendly, efficient, and reasonable. I will use this company in the future and recommend them to everyone I know.

I have used a lot of repair folks over the years and this man and his son were top notch...worked me into a very busy schedule...knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it...worked fast,efficient and clean...bought me at least a few more years on my sliding doors...no negatives...as long as they are in business they will always have my business...

Owner and helper (son?) were on-time and efficient in replacing the worn parts in my twenty year old door.  It now glides open with a gentle push instead of having to be yanked.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite in doing the work. 
I thought the $325 was a bit high for this job but I didn't have time to get another quote.  I have since seen their advertisement in the local paper for a "Summer Special" of a Regular Roller Repair for $99 which I believe is more in-line with other vendors.  Although my job did require a track replacement which added a bit more cost and complexity to the job.
