"Our hardwood floor was badly damaged due to a pipe leaking from the condo apartment above us. As soon as we called Hometown Restoration, they responded quickly and sent their experts to inspect the damage. With the help of the dryers, they begin the drying process quickly. After that, they removed the whole hardwood floor and cleaned up our entire apartment before departing. Hometown Restoration performed an excellent job on floor restoration. "Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.

"The flooring and carpet guys were really good and they were right on time, but the tile guy was somewhat unreliable as he was a couple of days late getting out here.  I don’t think I’ll be using the tile guy again in the future.  As far as their responsiveness, in the beginning they were great but at the end they wouldn’t return our calls."
